I'm 74, eat a lot of vegetables and legumes and never needed laxatives my entire life but these psyllium husks are a small miracle. If you're on the fence just go for it. Daily bathroom trips are short smooth and sweet. In and out. Highly recommended.

This is a great product to get all the benefits of the psyllium husk without having to drink the yucky mix in a cup, so I’ve been very happy with this and plan to buy more in the future highly recommend

I got some issue after traveling in South America - went to the opposite of my usual constipation. I was on a once a day or more schedule, and the urge would arise suddenly. Probiotics helped but didn’t solve it. This stuff has put me on a regular 2 day schedule with no urgency. Tip: keep a few baggies around with 4 or 8 tablets in them. Put in briefcase, pocket, car etc - that way when you go out to lunch or dinner you can take them there. I’m pretty sure you better take then 3 times a day with each meal to get the full benefit.
