Really great
Haven’t had any gut issues sine I first started taking it. Makes me “regular” in my bowel movements. No painful pushing stool and I feel full which is good. Not eating as much. Never felt better. Gotta take it every day. I put scoop in my water every morning. Tasteless.

Works well, but tastes gross.
It definitely helps with bloating and digestion, but mine has a pretty foul taste that can't be masked.

Digestive bloating problems!!!
Pretty sure I have leaky gut (self diagnosis) this has helped immensely from the first day. If you eat a single leaf and bloat, consider trying this. I paired it with collagen from organika because apparently it helps the l glutamine to work better. Bone broth, colostrum, probiotics are also good. Just my two cents. This product has greatly helped me to solve one of the biggest issues in my life that I have tried other things for with no success. One of the best buys on Amazon. Grateful. Gut health is so important and I can finally feel comfortable with my body
