I have a lot of strength, if I use it a lot, will it lose its elasticity?

The finger strengthener is made of high grade silicone and will recover the elasticity quickly after high intensity stretching, I bought one and used it for a while. It doesn't affect reuse again and again.

How long will it take to see results from using a finger trainer?

I think the results vary from person to person, but with regular use of the finger trainer, you should start to see improvements in finger strength and flexibility within a few weeks. I use it about 3 times a week. Recommended!

This finger exerciser can he be applied to other scenarios besides exercise?

Of course, it can also be used to exercise for guitar novices to train their fingers, for frequent keyboard tapping hands to relieve soreness, and for patients recovering from arthritis, stroke rehab, I bought one for my father to do finger training.

Is it convenient to take with you when you travel?

I haven't tried, but they're pretty small and easy to carry around, i don't see why you couldn't take them with you when traveling.
