Sub standard product, avoid
This is advertised as a heavy duty wood chipper! I bought one and used it once, I had nothing but problems with it, it kept cutting out and clogging up, I didn't even push it very hard. I returned the chipper within 30 days and they are refusing to refund me! Avoid at all costs!!

Excellent product
Excellent product, well made and designed. Put together on my own in 30 mins. Destroys anything I asked it to in seconds (and some of that was 70mm thick).

General
The product works well, however, it could be better, for example, easier access to the cutting blades. When they get jammed. The ignition control panel was only kept in place by the cables attached to it, I had to fit it myself, and it does not work correctly, so I now have a replacement, yet to be fitted.

Rubbish
Complete waste of money, machine has had five outings and has a 100% failure rate thus far, the electronic ignition I paid extra for isn’t powerful enough to turn the machine over, it goes ok with bigger stuff upto 3” but with smaller stuff it blocks every 5 minutes and is incredibly difficult to unblock. One of the exit chute clips has sheered off, one of the rubber feet have split and fallen off. I dread it coming out of the garage now cus it is guaranteed to make me swear, a lot.

Abject failure and waste of money
I bought this machine with high expectations which lasted about five minutes of first use. Keeps blocking and it’s infuriating trying to unblock on Even the smallest piece of branch and the exit chute also keeps blocking So efficient use is totally hopeless.The safety cut out came loose and then ended up going through the hopper which tells me there is A major design fault with this piece of kit. The electric ignition also rarely works. Sadly, then this has been a Complete disappointment – not expected as I thought Hyundai was a quality manufacturer- But clearly not.
