Solid Option
Been almost a year cooking with this pan & I'm still happy with the purchase. Wanted something professional or close to, without the super price. Heats even & fast. Coming from non stick & ceramic pans, there was a little learning curve, but it doesnโt stick when you use it properly. It will show lite scratches on the bottom & top but I didnโt buy it for decoration so thatโs ok. Nice balance & weight to it, plus the handle stays cool. Overall solid option for the money. I will be buying a saute pan from this brand soon.

Best cookware I've ever used
Absolutely the best cookware I've ever owned! Follow the instructions. Make sure you preheat the pan and let the oil smoke a little bit before you put your protein in and it is amazing!. I didn't know stainless steel could be this good. I've always been afraid of that and used non-stick cookware. I was wrong. The control of the heat while cooking is the best I've ever worked with. You've never made a perfect omelette until you cook with this cookware. Made in the USA is a big bonus personally cannot recommend this cookware anymore. It is absolutely the best you can buy.

Great Pan for steaks
My go to when cooking ribeye steaks and burgers. Easy to clean and seems durable.

Very nice frying pan
This is the nicest pan I have now. The fit and finish is excellent. The pan has a nice solid feel to it. The handle is much more comfortable than the handle on my AC D3. Cooks wonderfully (following proper techniques for cooking on stainless steel) Iโve cooked bacon, fried eggs (over easy) and steak with excellent results. Cleans up easily. The sides do a good job of containing any splatter. Plus itโs made in America. I will be buying more Heritage Steel products. I had to deal with Heritage Steelโs customer service about a problem with a new pan. All it took was a couple of emails and three photos. I had my replacement pan in a week.

Works great. Trust the science.
It was a bit pricier than I wanted, but I wanted to see what the hype was. It truly works as advertised. I had to slow myself down a bit and take more time to let it heat up. Once it gets hot enough for water drops to dance on the surface, nothing sticks! Gotta pay more attention to your cooking, but the results are well worth it. Searing meat is amazing. Just let it sit when it gets stuck and when it cooks to the right place, the pan just lets go of the meat! Deglaze, instant delicious. Cleans up with water on a hot pan and agitation with the spoon. Everything just comes out. Didnโt believe it till I saw it. Can things stick, yes. Those that have had trouble need to stick with it. Itโs not a magic bullet, and it does take some learning to get it right. Once you dial it in, easy peasy, lemon sqweezey.

Too big for my needs.
I rated three stars not because itโs not good quality but to get peopleโs attention. I think I personally made a mistake getting the 12 inch pan. I think an 8 inch or even 10 inch would be plenty but the 12 inch pan is huge and cumbersome and heavy and not needed!

Finally a pan that doesn't WARP!
Iโve have searched and searched for the right Stainless steel frying pans. Iโve had MISEN, Made-In, Cuisinart, Calphalon, Kirkland 5 layer, you name it. They all Warpโฆ They all suck. None have exceeded my expectations. Heritage Steel. I bought the 10.5โ first, now bought the 12โ โฆ. 100% still flat. No warping. Donโt have to take your time heating them upโฆ itโs always best, but still if you need to heat up quick you canโฆ NO issues. Not one. Highly recommend. Iโve even made pizza in one in the oven high heat and broiled in them too. Not one issue. Theyโre greatโฆ Heritage - EATER series. 5 layer pans. Theyโre fantastic.

Not bad, not amazing
It's alright but the handle is a bit wobbly after just a week, and the screws are capped so im not sure how i can tighten it with regular tools. It also looks a little different to the photos, especially the handle. A good pan, but for the price im not so sure.

Bends and is not flat.
I've bought 2 of these pans now, both have misshaped and don't sit flat. Also if you buy from the uk or any other country, I'm sure that the warranty only covers the states! Found this out the hard way....

Is this normal for a new pan?
I just received the pan today and i have seen that when it sits on a flat surface there are some points that are not making contact with the surface. I put a flat ruler on the bottom and it looks quite bad . It has a gap in the middle and the sides don't make to much contact with the surface . Is this going to change if i use the pan or should i return it?
