Good for the price
They're good. The quality of the light takes a little getting used to, but it adds a nice warmth to the room. Not entirely sure it's an actual filter; more of a screen, although it's probably a nominal difference. Also, the placement of the magnets is not great and gravity wins, so they need to be readjusted periodically.

Work vs look
This is a case of does it look good vs does it work.It does not look good unless you apply some ingenuity and tape. It was very loose so it flapped when the fans were on.It does work though.

Gives blue tint as advertised, looks like crap
No matter how you adjust the magnetic holders this will droop and look sloppy. The blue tint works nicely, and it is effective at dimming the fluorescent lights, but it doesn't look any better than if you had just taped a piece of cloth across the light.
