Cheap and effective

Have a rattle in your steering wheel? Try this.
I've been chasing a rattle in my steering wheel for a couple months. It feels like a bad ball joint but they all check ok. Came across a thread that mentioned the intermediate shaft bushing in Ram trucks wears out quick and can cause loose steering or a rattle/thumping sensation in the steering wheel. Looked under the dash at the intermediate shaft bushing while turning the wheel and there was a ton of play. These installed in a few minutes and rattle is gone. Plus my steering feels way more responsive. Best 20$ I've spend on this truck in a long time. Super happy I didn't have to replace the whole shaft. Thank you.

Easy install
Works as intended. Very easy to tap into place using a small hammer.Installed in a 2007 Ram 2500 6.7. 4x4 with. 206000 miles. Nice machining.

Fit good
Installed on a 2019 ram 2500 fit goodBut got a lot of engine noise coming back through the steering column ended up getting on Amazon and ordering a whole new shaft

Fixed Clunky Feeling
My front end is all new with high quality components but there was a small clunky feeling in the steering wheel that would happen randomly. Felt like part of the steering shaft had some end play (no side to side play). It was very subtle and not a big deal but still bothered me. After installing these little rings, the clunky steering feel was gone. I have driven several hundred miles now and still perfect.

Helps with mushy stupid steering design
As easy to install as everyone mentions, everywhere you've looked, read and watched. These bushings are not a cure all but they absolutely help with some of the wandering 3500 ways. I found myself providing much less steering input than usual on straight roads. Just get them and support this American father and son business rather than communist billionaires.
