I’m genuinely impressed with the Mylee Wax Kit. It’s incredibly easy to use, even if you’re new to waxing, and it removes hair really effectively – including fine hairs that other waxes often miss. The coconut wax smells absolutely delicious, making the whole experience much more pleasant, and it’s gentle enough to use on intimate areas. I’ve now used it for a full intimate wax and the results were flawless. I also did a half leg wax, and considering I normally spend around £50 every 28 days at a salon, the kit has already paid for itself. It gives salon-quality results at home and has saved me both time and money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about making the switch from salon waxing. I watched a few short videos to help with technique and I’ve got the hang of it now. Also consider getting some post wax oil and some hypochlorus acid spray to make sure the area is clean. I also use baby powder before intimate waxing to ensure the skin is properly dry.

Great item, well presented and easy to use. You can have the wax hot or medium, it is perfect. One thing I would recommend is buying the pre wax oil. I used my own oil and its not the same. Smell is divine of the wax. I am so glad I purchased.

I have been waxing various body areas for many years with wax strips so I thought it was time to purchase a wax heater. I used it for the first time today. The wax heater was good and all the lotions and potions worked well. However, I found the wax to harden very quickly on application to underarms, and when I tried to spread it around I would be left with stringy wax or little patches of wax that have to be peeled off the skin once you have finished waxing. I believe I had the wax at the right temperature and consistency as I was very careful as it was my first time. The wax did grab well on the sections I applied to. Underarms aren’t always the easiest to wax due to angles but I was definitely expecting an easier experience so will purchase a different wax once this one runs out. I was surprised as although I have not used hard wax myself before, I have been waxed professionally and waxed myself so I am not a beginner waxer

Very pleased with this purchase. Will definitely be purchasing again. The wax has a lovely smell, it' easy to use and picks up both fine and course hair. I used roughly 200 grams and managed entire bikini as well as upper lip for my daughter. We both have sensitive skin and had no issues.

So I’ve had intimate waxes for years but have been struggling to make an appointment for a fair few months. Strips sucked so my clever brain thought, I know I’ll get a stripless wax kit. My order arrived by Amazon magic, mere hours later. I (thankfully) decided to use the kit this morning, rather than just before seeing my FWB. I read the instructions, the kit warmed it perfectly and the first few areas worked a dream. Gaining the ill-placed confidence of a learner driver in a brand, new Porsche, I whacked a load on the very sensitive bits assuming it’d go as smoothly as the aforementioned areas. It. Did. Not. It stuck. It hurt. Panic started to creep in. I pulled, I cried, I did another area to give myself a breather. I pulled, I shrieked, and started to wonder if this may end with a walk of shame to A&E. Then the dawning horror that I’d have to search out some baby oil or similar at the shops with half a tub (not really but it may as well have been) of rock solid wax cemented to my labia. Anyway, long story short. I did get it off. Yes, it does now sting in a way not dissimilar to Origins Mint shower gel can. However I’m relatively hairless, and my heart rate has pretty much recovered. Will I use it again. Yes. Will I trim and powder next time, you betcha. Excellent product. Zero stars for user.

This is just what I needed, I used to go and get a Brazilian wax monthly and then I had kids and went back to shaving that was 6 years ago. I just went for it, I started on the outer edges, I was nervous but it was surprisingly easy, I’m not going to say it was painless but it definitely hurt less than when someone else does it. It went so well I ended up doing the lot plus my legs and when I say the lot, all but the landing strip and I went all the way in with no miss haps. A few pointers, I showered and exfoliated, I then cleansed the area with micellar water, lightly talc, do 1inch wide by 3inch long to start, leave it to cool and the wax will go hard (20 secs) then stretch the skin as much as possible, I stretched it whilst applying as well, pull off in short fast pulls, straight away from the body, I finished with raw coconut oil, it’s the smoothest it’s been in a long time, still red and a bit sore but I’m sure it will be fine in 24hours. I’m going to keep exfoliating and hope I don’t get ingrown hairs. I love this machine, it does the job perfectly!!! I won’t share a photo 🤭

I feel this was a good buy for a first foray into hard waxing. The supplied wax has a pleasant smell and the spatulas aren't bad at all. The unit takes quite a while to get up to temperature, and the wax takes some further time to stabilize in temperature as there's not much thermal connection between the unit and the wax pot. Once you have it dialled in it's quite easy to regulate the temperature based on the wax consistency - turn the unit up if it's too thick, and add a few more pellets and turn down if it's too thin. It does have an indicator to show whether it's heating. The technique takes a while to get down but you get used to it. The main downside of this unit is the size of the pot; it can be quite challenging to get enough wax on the spatula sometimes. The spatulas aren't as big as the professional ones I've seen in videos; it can be hard to get a good amount of wax on for a decent size of strip. It's fine for small areas like underarms, but legs would take forever. That said, the wax is well adhesive and very effective at removing hair if the temperature is right. The power cable is built in and is a little on the short side - not a big issue - but the unit was supplied with a 13A fuse fitted despite being a low-power 75W appliance with relatively light cable. This is a typical problem I see with a lot of cheap electricals. All that said, the price is quite low and it has been fairly successful on the areas I've used it.

So easy to use. Amateur here! I recently moved and haven’t found a new waxing salon yet so bought myself a kit. Most difficult part is getting used to applying the wax precisely but I practiced on my leg a little and then managed an entire Hollywood wax myself. I am genuinely amazed as I’ve never even attempted this myself before and was shocked at how perfect it turned out. Result is just as good if not better than the salon - granted it took me a lot longer doing it myself but so worth it! Would 100% recommend. I have course hair and had no issues with the wax it came off as it should, I spread it generously so that it properly covered any hair. Suitable for sensitive bits and bobs. Just make sure you pay attention to the direction of hair growth as I mixed this up once or twice and that’s where it hurt trying to pull it off! Heater is effective and not too bulky and the creams are also good for someone like me with sensitive skin.

J’avais de plus en plus de mal à attendre le mois suivant pour me rendre chez l’esthéticienne. J’ai décidé d’essayer la cire toute seule pour mes aisselles. J’ai commandé ce kit en me fiant aux avis et j’ai bien fait. Pour l’utiliser rien de plus simple tout est expliqué clairement. La cire contenue dedans sent super bon et l’épilation n’a pas DU TOUT été douloureuse. Le chauffe cire a chauffé rapidement les granulés en bien moins de 30 minutes comme indiqué sur le mode d’emploi. Il y a un témoin lumineux qui s’allume en rouge lorsqu’il chauffe et il passe au vert lorsque la cire est prête. L’application sur la peau est simple aussi mais attention à ne pas être trop long à appliquer la spatule sur la peau parce que la cire durcit rapidement. En une bande la quasi totalité des poils avait disparue de la zone ! La chose que j’ai trouvé dommage c’est qu’il n’est indiqué nul part a quelle température il faut régler le chauffe cire. Je l’ai donc mis sur « mid » et ça a suffit pour la quantité que j’ai utilisé. J’ai également fait un peu de duvet sur le visage et aucune réaction allergique.

Buen calentador de cera, calienta la cera a un punto perfecto para su uso y la mantiene en ese punto mientras la utilizas. La bolsa con perlas de cera que viene me ha encantado, tanto por su efectividad como por el hecho que sea blanca y te permite visualizar muy bien cuanto bello ha extraido. El olor a coco es agradable pero es un olor que puede llegar a cansar. Mi principal crítica seria que no hubieran diferentes medidas en los palillos desechables. En mi caso que principalmente la utilizaré en labio superior veo que el palillo es demasiado ancho, y teniendo en cuenta que trae 100 unidades hubiera estado bien que fueran al menos de un par de grosores. Ich bin absoluter Anfänger und habe das Set für meinen ersten Versuch gekauft. Es wirkt solide und erhitzt das Wachs in ca. 15 min. Besser wäre es, wenn das Gerät ein Display mit der Temperatur hätte. Wie ich vorgehe: Wachs auf höchster Stufe Erhitzen und regelmäßig rühren, dann stelle ich es auf Medium und warte nochmal 5 min. Dann nehme ich einen Einweg Handschuh und teste die Temperatur auf der Hand mit dem Handschuh. Erst wenn das passt, teste ich eine kleine Stelle auf der Haut. Ich habe ca. 3-4 Einheiten gebraucht bis ich den Dreh raus hatte und die Haare auch entfernt wurden. Habe mich etwas durch probiert. Also es funktioniert. Natürlich hat man die ersten Male kein perfektes Ergebnis! Bei mir gingen ca. 75% der haare raus (die ersten 2 Einheiten). Später wurde es immer besser. Es bleiben Waxreste auf der Haut. Deshalb kann ich nur empfehlen sich ein gutes After und before Waxing zu kaufen. Werde mir aber nächstes mal ein Gerät mit Display kaufen und auch ein noch besseres Wax. Zum Testen und üben war es aber okay.

Kit completo de depilacion con cera indolora. Es genial, va a la perfección, la compré hace años y a dia de hoy sigo diciendo que sale rentable, ademas que me sigue durando todo. Estupendo, lo recomiendo

Ho deciso di provare questo kit Mylee per evitare di continuare a spendere dall’estetista e devo dire che, dopo qualche utilizzo, sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Lo scaldacera è facile da usare: basta inserire le perline, impostare la temperatura e aspettare che la cera si sciolga. All’inizio ho dovuto fare un paio di tentativi per capire la consistenza giusta (troppo calda diventa liquida, troppo fredda non aderisce bene), ma una volta trovata la regolazione corretta il risultato è stato davvero buono. La cera aderisce bene ai peli senza attaccarsi eccessivamente alla pelle, quindi lo strappo risulta più sopportabile rispetto alle classiche strisce depilatorie. L’ho usata su gambe e ascelle e la pelle è rimasta liscia più a lungo rispetto ai metodi che usavo prima. Ovviamente serve un minimo di manualità: non è il tipo di prodotto che usi perfettamente al primo colpo, soprattutto nelle zone più piccole. Consiglio di iniziare con aree semplici per prenderci la mano. Un altro aspetto positivo è che il kit contiene tutto il necessario per iniziare subito, senza dover comprare accessori extra. Unico piccolo neo: lo scioglimento iniziale richiede un po’ di tempo, quindi non è una soluzione “last minute”. Però, considerando il risparmio nel lungo periodo, per me ne vale la pena. In conclusione: un kit completo e valido per chi vuole fare la ceretta a casa in modo più professionale. Richiede un po’ di pratica, ma una volta imparato dà risultati molto soddisfacenti.
