Lasted 2 years while it worked it did great and then it didn't. And now it seems they only have a Wi-Fi version for twice the cost of 59.00 which is what I paid for my model. I don't need wi-fi I need a good coffee maker. UPDATE: 3-26-2026 I did another search and found the exact model I had purchased just over 2 years ago. My old one worked very well for just over 2 years. It was quick and I made many cups of tea with it more so than coffee. And so, when I found the same exact model, I had before I was happy and ordered it. The Description clearly said it was black. It was about 14-15 dollars more than what I paid over 2 years ago. And today the "new" coffeemaker arrived. First thing I noticed when I picked it up was that it rattled a lot like it had no packing. It was packaged inside another box. After taking out the coffeemaker box and opening it saw that there was no inside the box packing. As I removed it, I noticed it was white. And I could smell a coffee smell. I opened the top and smelled around the KCup holder and there was mixed smell of coffee and electrical burned wires. After removing the KCup holder I could see old coffee stains. It was a used coffeemaker. After logging on and looking at the item on the site it only says black and nowhere does it say used. So, I returned it. I did see the exact same model in other options buy so I will check that out. UPDATE: 3-30-2026 Received my new coffee maker and it works!! I tested out off the box and I got this off the web: A water temperature of 200°F at the exit is excellent for brewing good coffee, as it falls within the optimal range of 195°F to 205°F recommended by the National Coffee Association and the Specialty Coffee Association for proper extraction. Water at 200°F effectively dissolves water-soluble flavor compounds without causing over-extraction (bitterness) or under-extraction (sourness). A new machine consistently delivering 200°F suggests high-quality components and a functioning heating element capable of achieving the "Specialty Coffee" standard. I ran test 1 with just plain purified water with an empty stainless steel kCup and I got a 200°F reading. I ran test 2 with just plain purified water with a filled stainless steel kCup and I got a 200°F reading. So I am happy!

This is my favorite coffee brewer. This is my second one. This works much much faster than the keurig brewer. This is easy to use. Clean up is a breeze. The brewer can do 8 oz, 10oz or 12 oz cups. My last one lasted 2 years making ~20 cups of coffee per day. So this is a good quality build. This is also half the price of a Keurig brewer so it is a good value as well. The over all size is perfect for my office. This is a great coffee maker!

First, let me say when it works, this is a great little machine. I really like it but it is undependable. I've had four over the past year and a half, but they all do the same thing you go to brew coffee and all you get is the lights blinking a lot of noise and steam. I've dealt with Insta pot customer service, and they will replace it but without fail, the same thing would happen. I decided to purchase a brand new one and try it one more time hoping they fixed the problem, but the same thing just happened so I'm sending it back. This product should not be sold on Amazon because it is clear it is defective and they know it.

I'm giving this a provisional 5 star rating having only had it for a little over a week. Bought this to replace an aging Keurig, I can definitely tell the taste is much better. I do like the 'bold' feature; it takes longer to brew but the taste is discernibly better. All-in-all a great coffee brewer!

Recieved the item but the water reservoir came broken. I am using the water tank from my o l d coffee maker because I don't want to return the item and have to wait for another one to arrive.

Love the coffee maker but don't like when it comes out the pod area. Makes a mess all over the counter. As you can see the paper towel is soaked with coffee. I am using the reusable k-cup that came with it. This is my second coffee maker from them. I love how fast it is but not the mess.

Love all the instant pot products. . I bought this maker to replace a 1 year old keurig duo, which is a huge coffee maker. I didn’t want to hear my husband’s nay saying so I left it in the car, pending the appropriate time to sneak it in the house. As luck would have it, I was cleaning up the keurig and it would not pump up water. I tried everything in the world to get the keurig to work but alas, it would not. Luckily, this instant pot coffee maker was still sitting in my car, Ready for action. It makes a great cup of coffee. Absolutely adore the BOLD option. I don’t think I’ll go back to a keurig. The keurig was my third pot in about 4 years.
