I love my new toothbrush! I was dubious about getting something other than an oralb but I’m so glad I did. I had an oral b for years and loved it. I work away from home a couple of nights every week so wanted another one for work. I used the old one for work and bought a new one, it just wasn’t as good as the old one I had had for years. Then the old one finally packed up. I wasn’t going to buy another oral b (the new heads are ridiculously expensive too!) so I researched other brands. The suri came out top of all the reviews so I bought one. I liked the design and colours too. It’s quieter, feels like it’s a better more thorough clean and the head doesn’t fill with spit after just one use which for me is a game changer. So it’s more hygienic. I haven’t had to charge it yet either. To be honest I haven’t even thought about replacement heads because I was going to take advantage of the very reasonably priced subscription for new ones. Better do that now.

I’m really please with new electric toothbrush. The battery lasts for weeks and I love having the timer. But best of all is the travel case with ultra violet cleaning light and charger. My teeth feel so clean after using this brush it so good I’ve had to buy another for a friend

This is my first sonic toothbrush after switching over from an Oral B pulsating toothbrush, so please take this review with a grain of salt as I don't know how Philips or Oral B sonic toothbrushes feel. I did some research and decided on SURI 2.0 due to their commitment to eco-friendliness and the intentional simplicity. I don't want/need a mobile app, and I can hardly see myself switching cleaning modes on a regular basis. Also, I think the bundle is a really great deal for the money - especially because I have been interested in getting a UV-cleaning accessory for a while now. I loved the SURI right from the start - it's very lightweight, looks amazing, feels premium and my teeth feel super clean after using it. Something I had to get used to was it turning off automatically after 2 minutes. I was aware of this feature due to some review videos I'd watched, but I feel this is something one should know prior to making the purchase, as I assume it might be a dealbreaker for some. For me, it isn't, I usually brush my teeth longer than 2 minutes, so I just hit the button again and am good to go. If anything, I'm starting to actually finding useful because I now know that I've brushed my teeth for at least 2 minutes (which is especially relevant in the morning, as I'm usually in auto-mode). Would I recommend this brush: absolutely - I'm actually sad I didn't switch sooner, as I think the Oral B Brush wasn't the best in terms of gum health. I ordered to Europe, from Suri directly, and didn't have any issues with taxes etc. as everything had been declared correctly.

Excellent toothbrush , lovely grip and great that it stays charged for about a month. Cleans my teeth really well and they feel very fresh and clean afterwards. Worth the money and great customer service 😀

At the end of the day i want a tooth brush that cleans my teeth, doesnt fail, do stupid things or cost to much. ultimatly, this achieves that. Ive had some Philips brushes and the bottomline is this is better. As per there adverts they have stripped back the rubbish and instead given us features that are actually useful. A wall mount, a decent travel case. A great ally body. And it feels - nice (longetivity tba...!) My one gripe is like many things they go on about sustainability. The Brush could of been 10% cheaper had they just cut that ranting out of there adds and not added the green tax companies so love to add these days. People will virtue signal and play along - but most simply buy with the practically, looks, cost formula.

Works well, no more bacteria because you keep it in the box provided the brush is also great goes the job it’s suppose to !

Came from an Oral B, I had quite a few higher end Oral B toothbrushes, I had the Bluetooth the display and everything else (that never got used, display was nice for a bathroom clock.) .. when that died I realised I didn't use any of the smart features, and got another top end one without the bells and whistles and eh, despite being years down the line the experience was the same, nothing changed, nothing improved. The battery started dying on that one and again looking at them nothing has changed, so I thought I'm going to try this Suri thing, the ads showing they don't bother with Bluetooth/apps etc also made me giggle as that's exactly my experience. After I got it in my hand I was amazed at how slim it was and feels nicely solid in hand, 1 simple button for two cleaning modes & off, pretty quiet though high pitched (sonic) operation which feels much more durable and solid state Vs the oral B which felt more like a mechanical vibrating bit of plastic. Cleaning is a different sensation compared to previous, initially I didn't think it was as intense as it was quieter and less rickety, but I soon realised it's going MUCH faster and it's very effective. The UV case etc is a nice touch for peace of mind when travelling, and being recharged with USB-C is a breath of fresh air, it also comes with a magnetic mount that can be stuck to tile/glass and holds the brush firmly and looks very tidy indeed. Battery does also last about 30 days before it starts letting you know it's getting low, and recharging is no problem. All in all, a very nice all round premium experience & Suri now have a customer for life.

It wont charge now. It just acts weird when placed in the cradle. *** Update: After reaching out to Suri, I'm getting a replacement. Good on them to honor their warranty.

Well-made, metal construction, and it cleans perfectly, maybe the best ultrasonic toothbrush out there at the moment.

Good quality. Was cheaper than buying through Siri due to postage costs

I’ve used cheaper electric toothbrushes before and the SURI definitely feels like an upgrade. I really like the different sonic settings, and the vibration feels powerful without being too aggressive or uncomfortable on my gums. The biggest difference for me is how clean my teeth feel afterward. I feel like it does a much better job removing plaque, than the less expensive electric toothbrushes I’ve used. My teeth have that really smooth, just-cleaned feeling after brushing. I also love how lightweight and sleek it is. It doesn’t feel bulky or take up a ton of space on the counter, and overall it just feels like a higher-quality toothbrush. It is definitely pricier than a basic electric toothbrush, but after using it I can actually tell a difference in the cleaning, which makes the higher price feel more justified to me.
