I have a very active/ wiggly AuDHD child so I bought this for him to use for OT sessions as this helps with core control and concentration but also it's there for him to use whenever he wants. He uses it when watching TV, he stands on this and wobbles it gently which helps to keep him focused and gives his body something to do instead on bouncing on the sofa or sprinting up and down. It does really work for him. The board is very high quality sturdy plastic. I have no fears about the quality, it isn't going to break or snap. The base is well gripped and quite a wide base so gives great stability and is user friendly. My child can safely get on it by themselves without tipping over. The top has good grip and doesn't hurt the feet. I was impressed by the size, as it is bigger than I expected. It has hand holds on the side. It comes with a guide for different exercises to perform on it, which is helpful. It is great value for money especially for the great quality of it. We love it. Would highly recommend

It's still quite big - I bought this to help me stabilise my ankle after some injuries. The surface on the top is grippy, but is quite slippery and smooth if you stand on it with socks on. But otherwise pleased with it.

Brought these for my kids with adhd and autism to help them with movement and for "stimming". They're great for them to sit and rock and to put feet on when they restless legs on sofa.. Helps them relax and regulate

Great little piece of equipment for balance exercises. It handles all 19 stone of me without issue. I use it with my ski erg for ski training exercises.

This is a good item to help with core strength however I expected it to be a bit more wobbly than it is when in use. My younger teen daughter does not have the best sense of balance however she can stand on this with no issues and it doesn’t require excessive effort on her part to stay balanced on it. That said it would be a good option for someone who requires one that feels safer so it’s really a case of knowing what you want from a balance board.
