These pens already come with print from their former companies and businesses - so that depends on how you wish to personalize them.

Do all boxes have stylus pens?

My box contained about 75% of them with the stylus tip. I only received 103 in total from the usual reviews stating 120.

How many pens comes in the box ?

Depends on what style they send you. Any where from 100 to 150 pens.

Are the metal detector detectable? Is the inside ink shank plastic or metal?

All have some metal on the outside. All are plastic inside.
