Didn't pay close enough attention, but this has 32 compartments. There are 4 rows with 2 next to each other 4 compartment boxes. The result is that you can put enough for the entire month regardless of how many days in a month and have one extra. Also, the compartments are marked with dates (numbers) so it is clear what date to take what medication. I find it very useful as no one has to guess. Compartments are spacious enough, but for me it didn't matter as there is only one small pill per day.I also like that since there are only 4 compartments per each container, they are very easy to open, even with arthritis. Very big deal for those who have it. Also easy to take one 4 day container and leave others in the box. Box snaps shut and stays that way. Important for travel. Compartments snap shut and stay that way too. Easy to put in a pocket.Overall, well designed and well made. Pink color is nice too.I have 3 other designs and I like this one the best for car travel and for going to the (dog) sitter. Others are better for air travel.It's a keeper.

**UPDATED** I have been using this pill organizer for just over 2 months and I honestly sTHIS PILL ORGANIZER IS AWESOME!!! The fact that it has 8 individual "4-day" sections makes taking my meds with me on overnight stays, a weekend with friends camping, or at someplace other than my home so much easier than having to lug around every pill bottle. Some may say that a 1-week pill organizer is just as easy however; being able to fill my organizer one time, for the whole month, as well as taking up a tiny spot in my luggage. Each section is numbered in 4's. So days 1-4, 5-8, 9-12 etc. are in one "pod". It also has an extra spot to add something extra like Aleve or Excedrin. I would highly recommend this product!!!I just received this product a couple of days ago so I have not had much experience with this particular product. However, the ease of having a month's worth of medication already laid out is so much easier than having only one weeks worth of meds and then you have to refill them. I love that they can pull out in sections of four so days 1-4 that way if I'm going to be away for say 3 days, say the 5th through the 8th of the month, there it is packaged up so that I can take the smaller case with me instead of the large one. The large case has a great locking cap, each individual section has an easy lift cap for each day of the month. It holds all the medications that I need on a daily basis, the numbering is clear, they are not difficult to get into so for someone who has arthritis like I do, don't have to worry about having to have someone else available to take the caps off. It's quite sturdy and comes in my favorite color PINK! There are other colors available as well.

The process of taking multiple supplements daily can get overwhelming and time consuming at times. I bought this pill organizer last night and it was delivered today! It is worth every penny! I take 5 different supplements and 2 being big fish oil sized tablets, they all fit perfectly into each pocket! I love that each pocket is numbered 1-31 for each day of the month and it has an extra pocket totalling 32 pockets, which makes it easy to track. Each pocket locks easily and it’s also easy to unclip open. I love that each row of 4 pockets is removable making it easy to travel with… so I don’t have to put my supplements in ziplocks anymore :) this was the best purchase! I love its convenience, efficiency, and functionality! I highly recommend this product!

This item was exactly what I needed! I take a lot of vitamins and I was tired of having all of the bottles all over my nightstand. I purchased this to help get rid of the clutter in a cute way! The individual containers are spacious enough to hold quite a few pills. I also appreciate that you can take out each week if need be for travel. The containers click to close and stay secure, but are not hard to open. This is a great product if you're looking to organize a months worth of medicine all at once.

I purchased these pill containers for my Grandma so I could organize her pills for an entire month. I actually got her a second one so I could be a month ahead. These are secure cases that provide enough space to organize pills for someone who takes a lot of pills or a little. Additionally, the container is durable and I appreciate that there are smaller removable containers within the big container. This keeps the pills easy to take on the go, and also makes it easier to manage for my Grandma. She can also open the organizer sections easily which is important. It's important that the organizer can stay closed well to allow the pills to all stay secure, but also that she can get the pills when needed. This does both. Very pleased with this purchase.

Very convenient for helping organize medicine. I love that each week is separated. Just can't figure out what the smiley face box is for lol.

Bought for my mom for a gift and it is so easy to use and durable. Stores all her pills for a month and worked great for travel with no spills. Functional design with a pretty color.
