which total finish refill has the palest colour

TF102 Soft Ivory, is the first shade, but it all depends on your skin tone, whether you've more of a beige tone or a pink tone. If you go onto Mobile.Harrods.com you can see all the shades, but you really need to test the colour on your skin first. I hope this was a help, it's years since I was a consultant and it looks like they've added more shades from when I was with then. I still wear Kanebo after more than 25yrs. I dont know what shade to order ,help

I am fair skinned & sometimes prone to slight redness on cheeks in cold weather. I've tried several shades over the years but settled on Warm Beige as being the best shade for me. If you are very fair I would suggest checking Harrods online which gives you a full range of shades & possibly will assist in a choice for you. Hope this helps.

Is this foundation suitable for a person with very oily ance prone skin?

My skin is oily in parts, I think its an excellent & have used it for many years. The only way is to try it.

Is there anywhere to see a colour chart for the beiges, I am not sure which to order.

Almond beige is suitable for fair/Mid skins, I have used it for years, a good coverage without looking too much it's very natural looking. Perhaps look on Harrods beauty for colours as they are still one of the stores that sell it.
