Spider-ManLegends Series 6-inch Marvel's Mysterio

I bought Mysterio and the rest of the Lizard wave for $19.99 on Amazon.Simply put, this figure is amazing. The sculpting on the body is incredible, and the gauntlets and boots really stand out on this figure. The only improvement I would've made his painting the eyes/jewels on his cape gold - but that's hard to execute a small detail on a mass produced figure.I was not the biggest fan of Mysterio, but this guy stands front and center in my display for a reason - he's just as awesome as everyone says! Mysterio is a must-have addition to any Spider-Man rogues gallery.

Great figure! Wait for Amazon to get it in and buy from them directly instead of third party sellers. Notice at hasbrotoyshop Mysterio in not available. They did this with many hard to find figures such as venom then produced lots more to meet demand. Every popular Marvel figure dips to retail price. The waves been out only for a little lower over a month so just wait. Hasbro always makes a good production run of all the characters... Im sure they will definitely make more to satisfy demand especially since they will want to get their moneys worth out of this unique cross hatched body mold.

A great figure that I got for retail price on here....just got lucky I guess. I love that Hasbro branched out and made a great figure that has not been done to death (*see IronMan). However, It seems that in every marvel legends wave there is inevitably 1 figure that never makes it to retail shelves and rarely can you buy it for msrp; price gouging sellers really take the fun out of collecting. Considering I got it for retail I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Definitely a nice a figure. Mysterio is an essential spiderman character after all he is one of his more known adversaries also he is a member of a very well-known villain group the sinister six which hasbro seems to be leaning to complete so besides picking him up if your aiming to complete the lizard build a figure you should also definitely pick him up if you have the sandman build a figure,rhino build a figure kraven and the space knight venom build a figure electro. Even though as of typing out this review i only have spider punk out of this wave besides mysterio i would definitely say he's my favorite figure out of the wave. Now just to note,you'll most likely end up getting the white head version not green cause i believe hasbro made a production error because he's suppose to have the green head under his bowl. Now this isn't my first one,had him before but my previous one had three issues being,his right arm was fairly loose,his left hand popped off fairly easily and the peg on his cape to attach it to his back was bent. Now luckily the one i got off of here didn't have the arm and hand issue but the peg on the cape is still bent but it's not really a big issue cause if you attach his cape to his back the cape doesn't sit flat on his chest so having it loose actually makes it better and it's flat. Speaking of his cape i like how it has a pattern underneath it. The head sculpt underneath the bowl i wish was a human head and i wish the bowl was just a solid white. Like the pattern sculpted on him and his effects are pretty great to. All in all a good figure.

I sucked it up and paid scalpers prices just so I could get this guy. I knew that I would never see him in the wild regardless of what all the other reviewers said. The second I got it out of the box, it became my favorite fig. The detail and paint apps are amaz-balls. The sculpt is spot on, and I don’t know if this is a big deal or not but I GOT THE WHITE HEAD VARIANT!!! So I’m thrilled with that.

Another fantastic version of a classic Spiderman villain. A must have for any marvel legends collection.

My son loves his action figures and Marvel Legends figures seem to have the best detail and look the coolest. This one is great because Spider Man 2 is coming this year and Mysterio is in it! (Of course I only know this because he has to talk about everything Marvel...for hours, and almost daily! Haha)

It’s a very nice figure, i’ll say that much. I was lucky enough to be on at midnight and happen to see it at retail and for 19.99 it was definitely a solid purchase. I’d even go up to $25, maybe 30 if you love Mysterio and/or have a nearly complete Lizard, but even that’s a stretch.Mysterio is a fairly generic figure, most of the cool details go into his head, a white or green skull with tentacles writhing through/around it. It looks pretty sweet, but, as it’s Mysterio, you’re probably going to want to cover it with the dome which is, of course, clouded - you can kind of see some of the face, but not all. Other than that, it’s pretty much the standard average human male build for Marvel Legends - solid green jumpsuit with fancy gloves, slightly less fancy boots and a fairly neat cape and helmet with a couple of cool effects (though the illusion effects are far less translucent than they appear in the pictures). Good amount of articulation (keep wishing they’d add one more twist/swivel just below the elbow though) nice attention to detail and pretty good paint apps for the most part.When it comes to things I could actively fault the figure for there are two, one is that the cape and helmet are a single piece. This feels like a huge flaw, particularly as he looks hella dumb without the cape, but has such a cool head sculpt, he wouldn’t look as instantly recognizeable as Mysterio, but there’d be a good argument for displaying him with cape, but without helmet. This also has the added flaw of jostling the helmet every time you fiddle with the cape, which can move his head around inside - you’d think that wouldn’t matter, but you *can* see *some* of it through the clouding and it can result in his eye sockets or jaw appearing in weird places, which requires removing the entire getup and starting over. There’s also a peg on the back of the cap to slot into a hole in his back that is, in complete honesty, totally pointless. It *would* be nice if there were some way to stabilize the cape more, but it needed to be more like a clip at his neck line than a peg in his back. My other gripe though is the joints. Now, I admit, i’m pretty new to collecting Marvel Legends, I only have a couple others so far, but their joints are all just right. My Mysterio’s, however, are almost all either slightly too loose or too tight - not so much to truly impact the figure, but enough to be annoying by comparison to each of the other figures i’ve purchased. Mysterio does not struggle to hold a pose particularly, but some joints can wobble or be mildly frustrating to get into place.As for shipping, he arrived hella fast, though only in a padded bubble wrap envelope. It scared me at first, but there was 0 damage to the box, so I can’t really complain.

Iba a describir esta figura como "con un sculpt sencillo" pero ya de cerca no es para nada eso.con marcas en todo el cuerpo y musculos bien tonificados,alcanza buen detalle, los efectos con los que vienen quedan muy bien a la hora del display e incluso . si lo quieren, se pueden poner en las manos,la capa es de un plastico suave por lo que no estorba mucho,aunque tampoco se puede posar,la capa biene con un casco semi translucido en el que podemos ver a de forma "espectral" la cabeza, que es un craneo con un tentaculo saliendo de la boca, imitando las iluciones que hace el personaje en este domo,supe que iban a salir dos versiones,una de cabeza verde y una de cabeza blanca,yo pedi dos figuras y ambas me salieron con cabeza blanca,no he visto la de cabeza verde en persona pero la verdad me gusta mas la de cabeza blanca,se confunde mas en el casco.La articulacion es buena y suficiente para el personaje,lo que me preocupa es que es la segunda figura de este wave que me sale con articulaciones muy flojas,y el plastico se siente muy suave,como si la hubieran dejado al calor mucho tiempo,no lo se. Al final estoy muy conforme,me daba miedo no conseguirla a precio de mercado y aqui pude comprarla estando atento.,

Una de las mejores figuras de Marvel Legends. Las articulaciones, los accesorios... Incluso tiene una cabeza moldeada debajo de la pecera. Los colores también son una pasada. Recomienda ponerla flotando con un soporte aéreo.

In case you are wondering. Yes. This product is definitely worth having. Mysterio is one of my favorite Spiderman villain alongside Doc Oc, Green Goblin and Venom. The sculpt and the articulation is on point. Do not care about the price. If you are a Marvel Legends collector, this is a must have. Especially if you want a more updated version of this guy.

Pareciera una pieza muy simple y quizá llega a serlo, pero lo compensa con una excelente atención al detalle, se puede apreciar en guantes, capa y músculos.Un poco incomodo al momento de posar por la capa, el casco está unido a la capa y a su vez se une al cuerpo con un poste insertado en la espalda.No dejes pasar la oportunidad cuando lo veas a precio y adquierelo, vale la pena
