This thing is amazing!! Wish I would’ve found it sooner. Excellent in helping to relieve tension In tight muscles & easy to use on almost any part of your body. It is solid , smooth and durable, easy to grip and weighted enough that it won’t slip out of your hand. The smooth stainless look give it a nice clean appearance.

Great quality, especially for the price. I was expecting something light weight and flimsy, but these products have good solid weight. I have used them with oils and creams and the finish has not tarnished or fade. The pens has usable points on both ends which makes it easier to use for different pressure points. Good solid item.

These are amazing. I got them because I have a lot of jaw pain from clenching on my invisalign trays. I was surprised at how nice and smooth they are. It's also clear they’re solid metal not something coated in chrome; they have a nice weight. According to my kitchen scale, the stick is about 55g and the gua sha is about 90g. I mostly use the duller side of the rod for deep muscle pressure on my face and I use the gua sha to cover a lot of area. Both of these have significantly improved my pain levels from clenching. I like the little bag and the cleaning cloth provided. Very nice. To give some scale to how good these were and how quickly I fell in love with them, I got them then lost the rod like 2 days later and immediately bought a second set. I found the rod so now I just have 2 sets which is really nice tbh.

Best purchase I've ever made. I screwed up my thumb a few years ago, and it hasn't been the same since. I've tried a massage therapist, massage guns, and other tools and gadgets. I'm sure it didn't magically fix everything, but it's been great. I use the bigger ball to find the sore spots, and then use the finer point to narrow in on the trigger point, and hold it until it releases. My thumb has only been sore from my self-treatment, but has felt more mobile and pain has decreased dramatically. My grip has gotten better, and I can hopefully start extercising it to regain grip strength again. My ONLY complaint, is that it's easy to put your thumb on the big ball to apply more pressure as needed, but if you really need the bigger ball, but need more pressure, it's kinda hard to do, as the small tip will not feel very good, and the hand just slides if you grip it any other way. This is a MINOR inconvenience at best. Still worth every penny.

I love it comes with a guide with a visual of each section on the face , neck , hand , and , foot. Gua sha is a good size for neck and shoulder work /scraping.

Perfect Gua sha and the acupuncture pencil, comes in a very lovely box, so it's nice as a gift too. It's stainless steel, so easy to clean and if you drop it, it won't break. There is a nice little book inside with all the accupressure points which is useful

Am so glad I bought the Stainless Gua Sha set! It feels wonderful on the skin, product so easy to clean and gives your face a quick *tune* up. And then the acupuncture/reflexology pen with it..magic. Am using on my hands and sometimes on painful muscle spots after the gym. Love love love! Totally 5 stars!
