Affordable but didn’t like the taste.

This "It's Just" brand of L- glutamine powder is not the cheapest brand on Amazon, but it did have the best reviews, as in no reports of illness or nausea, etc, after ingesting it, so that's why I chose to try this brand. I've been taking it with no problems. After I started using it, I did notice less muscle soreness the next day after hard exercise. I'm also taking it to heal suspected leaky gut. I take 1 scoop as directed every morning; I just mix it into my morning drink and can't tell if there's a taste; if there is, it's not a strong taste.

This bag is less than me 2 months incredible by great quality and not gritty or chalky mixes very well with my morning shot of ginger lemon mix. I would highly recommend this and I will be buying it again as the value doesn't compare especially when you add in the quality the fact that it disintegrates it's just a good product
