I like the quality of cloth, pattern and stitching. They mention that it is 100% cotton but it doesn't wick sweat like a cotton cloth does. So, if using after chemo, the head remains a bit sweaty. It is slightly big in size for me. It may serve better for people with hair who want to use it while traveling
