I did this for each lens protector and the end result was perfect. NB Keep the lens protector holder and sticky backing just in case you need to remove them temporarily, so that you can reuse them. I’m keeping these protectors on my phone's lenses permanently though ...These lens protectors effortlessly combine elegance with a robust defence against dreaded lens scratches and preserve their pristine quality beneath a protective doom. This came and I was really looking forward to getting my camera on my new phone protected. When I removed it from the box there were no instructions but I thought that’s not a problem it is a sticker basically so why would anyone need instructions. Well when I looked at it the plastic was huge and all the same strength. So for clarity I had a 2.5” x 2.5” plus a tab of solid plastic. The camera section was all in the right place but there was all this extra plastic. I saw some little notches which looked like they should pop out the camera section and the rest was maybe to steady it while putting it on so I removed the sticky backing - put it on the phone camera and then tried to remove all the other solid plastic that was sticking out from all sides (to clarify again it would make the phone unusable for it to stay like that and no case could be used. Well I pushed and wiggled and nothing. So I looked closer and couldn’t find a way to detach this plastic. I then thought it couldn’t get worse so I removed the whole thing and tried to remove the excess but not even that or trying to break the edging off would do it so basically totally useless although if you could ever get the excess plastic off then I can see it would be strong but I wouldn’t recommend at all
