Chieftec Smart Series SFX-500GD-C - power supply - 500 Watt

Looks like great quality and even though it's not mentioned anywhere on the specifications or the reviews online, this came with an ATX adaptor bracket, but unfortunately it leaves the psu hanging in the middle of the bracket rather than on the top/bottom, so if you're planning to use this to clear space between GPU and PSU in tight cases like the Nano S you want to get some other bracket like the SST-PP08. I also highly suggest you check the price history on this item, I got it at a very decent price but it seems to fluctuate quite wildly!

Very quiet, cables not the best and doesn't come with UK lead but other than that great!

PROs: - Silenciosa - Buena eficiencia - Pequeño tamaño - Lleva todos los cables - Lo cables son de más calidad que los de la Silverstone. CONs: - No lleva adaptador para ATX - Los conectores modulares requieren de más espacio en profundidad. Lo peor es la falta de adaptador que sí lleva la SilverStone (mismo modelo).

Das Netzteil läuft bei mir in einem Raijintek Metis mini ITX Gehäuse. Da ich in diesem Gehäuse einen leisen Gaming PC realisieren wollte, war ich auf der Suche nach einem SFX Netzteil mit viel Leistung aber auch geringem Geräuschpegel. Was nicht einfach war. In das Raijintek Metis passen zwar auch normale ATX Netzteile, allerdings dann nur noch 17cm lange Grafikkarten. Meine Geforce GTX 970 ist allerdings 27cm lang. Ich habe vor dem Kauf des Chieftec ein anderes SFX Netzteil ausprobiert, welches über einen 80mm Lüfter verfügte. Das war mir allerdings zu laut. Durch Zufall bin ich dann über das Chieftec SFX-500GD-C gestolpert. Es ist zwar ein klein wenig größer als normale SFX Netzteile, hat dafür aber einen 120mm Lüfter und Kabelmanagement. Sehr von Vorteil in einem Mini ITX Gehäuse. Außerdem ist es 80 Plus Gold zertifiziert. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Das Netzteil ist sehr leise und verrichtet zuverlässig seinen Dienst. Es ist das Geld auf jeden Fall wert. !!!WICHTIG!!! Wenn Sie das Netzteil kaufen, Prüfen Sie unbedingt ob Sie eine Adapterplatte von ATX auf SFX benötigen. Eine solche Adapterplatte liegt nicht bei. Ich bin nach langem suchen bei der Firma Pollin fündig geworden. Wen es interessiert.
