16'' Commercial Vacuum Sealer Machine, Meat Sealer Vacuum Packing Machine with Double Pump and Auto Cooling System, Sealing and Vacuum Time Control, Compatible with Mylar Bags

I'm a US veteran food business owner and need to package up and seal lots of bags for my products. I bought another sealing machine that kind of has a conveyor system and the inflation function, and trying to inflate while it's moving did not work well. I decided to give this a shot, and I also needed a machine that I could do large bags for so that I could sous vide my ribs without having to chop them up. I gave this machine a shot, and it does everything I need and has exceeded my expectations. I got the largest bags that the machine could take, and for normal ribs I can actually fit two of them in the bag and seal them up perfectly for my sous vide. And it is the machine that I use for all my product. It's very easy to use and allows me to seal up bags to exactly the way I want it, including inflating them. Having the capability too adjust everything to your exact need for your exact bags and product or food makes this thing perfect for all kinds of applications. Having the ability to control exactly how much air you put in the bag and basically customize everything makes it perfect for all my applications. And an added bonus, I had a question concern about the product when using it on a Sunday to make my ribs - I reached out to the customer service directly expecting I would hear back sometime during the week, but they actually got back to me that same day. They took care of my question and concern and went above and beyond, which I think is really important. So I can tell you because I use both textured bags for my ribs and I use regular bags for my business - it does them both perfectly. And you even get little extra goodies with the package and extra parts so it is solid. And I can tell you from my experience with their customer service and that if you have any issues, they will stand behind their product and we'll take care of it immediately. But again, this product is great. Having the extra features like being able to collect liquid in case of anything happening is also a Plus.

I purchased my MagicSeal MS 4005 from Amazon 1 month ago. It was delivered quickly and packaged very well. As this was my first vacuum sealer, I had some difficulties getting the bags to seal. I contacted support who quickly responded with suggestions and video links. Sealing was very consistent after excellent help from support. It was great that a real person quickly contacted me and not some AI agent. Over the past month I have vacuum sealed frozen vegetables and other items like rice, beans, flour, meat, etc…some for short term storage in regular zip lock bags or the embossed bags that came with the unit and some for longer term storage in Mylar bags up to 12 inches wide…it can seal wider but that’s the largest I have. I suggest those posters who reported difficulties in sealing should contact support…from my experience they can help you resolve the problem. It is a great product to reliably seal a variety of bags like that. The built-in bag cutter was very useful for the zip lock bags and the roll of bags that came with the unit. And on top of that I used the external attachment, along with third party cups, to seal mason jars which worked great. With the many product capabilities and features and the excellent support, this product and service is the best bang for the buck out there for a homeowners.

I have been involved with food storage for many years and have either owned or used nearly every vacuum packer/sealer on the market. I have never submitted a review before but I think the magic seal machine is the best all around machine out there and deserves a little credit. It is versatile and powerful enough to handle any task that a typical homeowner would require. Even beats the chamber style vacuum sealers for versatility. Not only is the machine a great machine, but the customer support is beyond excellent. I had a minor issue with a malfunctioning pressure release valve so I contacted customer support via email. Mr. Hy Yang responded to my support request the very next day with suggestions to resolve the problem. When the suggestions did not solve the problem, Mr Yang sent me a new machine the very next day. No hassle at all - I didn't even have to hassle with returning the malfunctioning machine. It just doesn't get any better than that. I highly recommend this machine to those who are serious about long term food storage.

I want to save you from making the same expensive mistake I did. I purchased the MAGIC SEAL 16 Commercial Vacuum Sealer with high hopes- after all, the project listing promises a robust stainless steel construction built to last, with 400 watts of power and a double vacuum pump. Sound impressive on paper. The reality? Completely different story. When my unit finally arrived. I was eager to put it to use. I carefully opened the box, and before I even had a chance to plug it in, the machine began falling apart in my hands. Right out of the box. No drops, no rough handling just a brand ew product that couldn't even survive unboxing. For a machine that supposedly built for years of brutal, daily service, mine didn't survive a single minute of gentle handling. Here's where things get even more frustrating. Life gets busy, and I didn't get around to opening the package immediately after delivery a completely reasonable situation that I'm sure many buyers find themselves in. By the time I discovered the defect, I was outside Amazon 30-day return window. So now I'm stuck with a broken, unusable piece of equipment that I paid good money for. Not a scratch on it from misuse. not a sigle seal attempted just a defective product collecting dust. The brand market itself as offering innovative technology with creative ideas, striving to make it easy for you to enjoy fresh ingredients and enjoy a healthier life. What they don't advertise is that their quality control appears to be seriously lacking. When a commercial grade applicance fails structurally before it ever touches a power outlet, that's not just a defect that a Manufacturing failure. The listing boasts a simplified design with fewer failure points. Ironically, my unit failed at every point possible before I even used it. Do not purchase this item. And if for some reason you do buy it, open it the moment it arrives and test ti thoroughly before your return widow closes. Don't let the polished product photos and impressive sounding specs fool you. A machine is only as good as the quality assurance behind it and in this case, there clearly was none. Save your money. Look elsewhere for a vacuum sealer you can actually trust.

I was a little apprehensive that Magic Seal could live up to its description. It's the only sealer I found that combines chamber and external/suction features in one unit with a massive 16" seal bar. I was not disappointed, although I must admit it is not perfect but none of them are. It has a cooling motor that stays on all the time and consumes 6 watts of power and makes a quiet but noticeable sound. When I contacted them about this they responded immediately with a very logical explanation that it operates as designed to provide cooling in aggressive use, one of its advertised capabilities. I ended up buying a low cost external on/off extension cord to have a way to power off the machine when not in use. Their customer support was 2nd to none with almost immediate response about this and one other question I had. It also provides excellent support for external jars and accessories via a hose port which is very important to me. It has an automatic and manual mode for vacuuming and sealing with super simple operation as well as adjustment of the sealing duration. It has a very wide and secure seal that was very strong as well as support for smooth bags and liquid soaked food, both of which worked well. Also, the manual is well written, thorough and well organized in large font and proper English unlike many things I buy lately that are impossible to read without a magnifier and difficult to understand. They have designed and brought to market a very solid feeling device with attention to detail in all aspects, especially support which is critical for any appliance.

Over the years I have had many vacuum sealers. Looked at reviews and every one had some area that can’t compare to how good this sealer is. It is exceptionally good with moist foods and it sealed with one try. Most of the other I had to press seal at least twice. The seal band is wide and holds the seal with different bags. Some require a specific bag if not it doesn’t hold well. When I got it I wasn’t aware that I had to press the seal bar very firmly to seal. I call Magic Seal on a Sunday hoping to get help. I called and got an immediate response and got walked through the process and was so grateful and thankful because it is the best sealer I’ve had. The shipping was super fast 2 days and I live in Hawaii.

This product is so amazing. I can’t say enough good things about it. so far it has been very reliable and it is able to seal all of my different bags and it does very good vacuum pressure Unlike other brands that’s lose their suction value overtime. This one does not so it’s a great value for your money. It is space saving and it’s very also easy to learn and use every single day. I highly recommend it.

I have been using the Magic Sealer for over a year now and we love it. We use it almost every week for out groceries, cooking meal prep and others. The quality is excellent and am very happy. However, recently my magicseal was having some issues with the pump sealer. So it wasnt doing a good job sealing it. I called the manufacturer and explain the issue. I thought its going to be another one of those battles you had to do before you get a fair answer. Oh, Nay Nay. I call the manufacturers number listed on the page and someone in california picked up. This was 10 30pm in EST. The gentleman was very nice and courteous [Rare] Asked me what happened and was wrong with the unit. I told him the issue and he advised that he will replace the unit. And since the unit i have is no available anymore, he offered the next level up. The process was seamless and I definitely will recommend this to anyone looking for a home sealer. It works very well. Just need some time to learn the pump and sealer adjustments and you should be good. I must admit that I was a little worried spending 300usd for a home sealer made in China. But this one is very good. I recommend this seller 100% Great product, great customer service = Great Buy!!!!

This machine ACTUALLY seals MYLAR bags- very well! And any problems, the company fixes immediately! Absolutely superb. When I am sealing powdery things, I put them into some kind of a paper sandwich bag first so that the powder doesnt stop the seal from forming. I'm not suggesting this is right, I'm just saying what I do... :) anyhow. best product ever! Will update if there are any changes, but I'm pretty sure this outstanding company would fix anything that is not right!

Très bonne machine pour le prix fonctionne rapidement quand vous avez plusieurs sac à sceller la bande de scellement est large j ai communiqué avec le fabriquant pour avoir un accessoire et ce fut très agréable de faire affaire avec eux J aurais aimé avoir un interrupteur on off mais c est le seul défaut peut être pour la prochaine version
