Perfect
Thank you for this product it’s perfect and dissolved very well in juice. I use it for my throat cause sometimes it gets dry and this the only thing that works for me and this is also very wonderful in cocktail drinks or just alcoholic drinks it makes it very smooth. The flavor also intensives so if you’re a bartender this should be in your stash.

Excellent Watercolor paint medium-additive.
Useful to have for Watercolor painting projects.I use an approx 1:4 ratio with distilled water, by visual volume, you may need to experiment a bit.Mixture has a light transparent umber hue, which is negligible in effect.Useful for reserving areas when creating washes and backgrounds and as a shiny glaze. Enjoy!

Weird smell but it went away
I used this to make a demerara gum syrup for cocktails. It kinda had a weird smell, but after the syrup sat for a couple days it went away.It really does add a lovely body to spirit forward drinks. I've been using the syrup I made in place of simple syrup.

I used this for homemade gomme syrup for cocktails - wow!
I'm trying to up my cocktail game, and I read in Charles Baker Jr.'s classic book, "Jigger, Beaker and Glass" (at least I *think* it was his book . . . I was making cocktails at the time, after all) that he recommended 'gomme syrup' instead of simple syrup in a few cocktails. I did some reading about gomme syrup, and it's essentially a fancier version of simple syrup that includes some food-grade gum arabic.I made a batch and tested it in an Old Fashioned. I do not claim to have the world's most sensitive palate, but even a lout like me could taste the difference. The cocktail is silkier, and the whiskey's flavors were enhanced. The only reason I can think of why this is not a more common bar ingredient is that it takes a while to make, while simple syrup is, well, simple. It took about four hours to make a double-batch, but that should last me about four or five months (unless I get really thirsty).I'm sure there are a thousand other uses for gum arabic, but if you're looking for a way to elevate your cocktail bar, using gum arabic to create gomme syrup is a great trick.Highly recommended.

As expected!
I was able to use this to make an adhesive for homemade wrinkle patches, and it works great. Should last a long time as well. 👍
