ALASTIN Skincare ReSURFACE Exfoliating Skin Polish (2.3 oz)

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become much more particular about exfoliating because I want smoother skin without feeling like I’ve scrubbed my face too aggressively. I’ve really enjoyed using the ALASTIN ReSURFACE Skin Polish. It has a fine polishing texture, and I only need a small amount on wet skin. I gently massage it in for about 30 seconds and rinse it off. My favorite part is how smooth and soft my skin feels afterward. I also like that this combines physical exfoliation with glycolic acid, so it feels like I’m getting more than I would from a basic face scrub. I personally use this as a weekly treatment rather than an everyday product. If your skin is sensitive or you’re new to glycolic acid, I would definitely follow the directions and start slowly. Overall, this has been a really nice addition to my skincare routine, especially when my skin is looking dull or feeling a little rough. Pros: Dual-action exfoliation; combines glycolic acid with perlite; only a small amount is needed; fragrance-free; leaves skin feeling smoother/softer; weekly rather than daily use; formulated for most skin types, including aging skin. Cons: It is a higher-priced skincare product; glycolic acid may not work for very sensitive/reactive skin; it’s an additional weekly skincare step; you need to use a light hand rather than aggressively scrub. ALASTIN itself notes that people with redness, inflamed acne, sensitive skin, or glycolic-acid reactivity may find it unsuitable.

This is the kind of well deserved spa treatment you gift yourself at home. My face felt so soft and smooth. I know it's a little pricey but a little goes a long way. All you need is a pea size. Please close your eyes when scrubbing your face so the tiny particles don't get into your eyes.

Hands down one of the best exfoliators on the market. Alastin comes with a hefty price tag but you use so little it last and is worth it.

I really like this product. The beads are small and are not abrasive. I use it 2-3 times a week. My skin does look and feel more glowy.

Toss out the apricot pit scrubs and while you are at, reconsider all facial scrubs you have tried. After decades of multiple products, I finally get the skin texture that is baby soft from this product's micro sphere exfoliant. Actually gave up my Amore Pacifica dry exfoliator for this and it has permanently changed my mind. Satisfied with this scrub and loving my skin texture; buy this it really is worth the results.

There are a few skin products I will splurge on and this is one of them!! My skin texture has improved so much from using this! A little goes a long way so it lasts a long time!
