I've used the fat burner & multivitamin before. Im pleased with my improvements from these added on to my regimine. The preworkout doesnt do it for me though. It doesnt get me through my workout at all. Halfway through my workout, im fatigued. Also, the taste is unbearable. Im more satisfied with their creazine as a preworkout.

First of all taste like Theraflu... but that's not the worse part I got to gym and couldn't finish workout... This Shredz stuffmade me feel so horrible!!!! Gave me a headache and I feel like I have food poisoning.... Im throwing up yellow my body feels SO BAD!!!! Im sure there'speople that might love this but for me was a BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! It will be back in mail first thing tomorrow! I feel like going to ER thats how bad I feel hopefuly this feelings just goes away ASAP And I trie to put 0 stars but wouldn't let me so had to put one but no way I say 0 Stars.....

This preworkout is the worst tasting drink mix I have ever had. Very disappointed.

Never saw a change. Would NOT recommend
