Yes this works well.
Has made my hair look better. Life is tough after chemo and Hoshimotos but this shampoo cleans well, makes my hair soft enough to not even use conditioner. Less breakage. Less flyaway. Easy to transport. Compact space saving. Fragrance free as required by my doctor.. i’m ready for my next tube. The biggest plus is that it does not make my head itch. YAY ! FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT SHAMPOO FOR MY NEEDS.

A Little Bottle That Delivers Big Results!
I’m so impressed with The Shampoo Concentrate! The scent is fresh, clean, and subtly botanical—just the right amount of fragrance without being overpowering. You can tell right away it’s made with quality ingredients. The aloe vera and vegetable glycerin leave my hair feeling soft, hydrated, and healthy, and I love that it’s sulfate-free and plant-based. A little really goes a long way. I appreciate that it’s made with clean ingredients and works for all hair types—my hair feels stronger, smoother, and more manageable after just a few washes. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their routine without compromising on quality!

I like it...
I have been trying to clean up my beauty products but it's not easy. Enter Everist shampoo concentrate. Love the idea of no big plastic bottle, but my tin came dented in the side and was nearly impossible to open as a result. I had to bang another part of the tin against the counter to sort of pop the dent out a bit and unscrew the top. It won't screw back on fully, so I just rest the top on the tin in the shower. As for lathering, it does do that after the addition of a small bit of water and mixing it around in the palm of my hand. I have to use about a quarter sized little scoop to get enough to where I feel I've covered all my hair. It seems to rinse out well, but my hair feels like it doesn't stay clean for as long as when I use my other shampoo. It feels like it gets oily faster (I usually wash my hair about every 3 days). It definitely doesn't dry out my hair which is a plus, and it does help smooth my hair a bit. I have mid-back length, coarse, moderately straight hair that is color treated (this seems safe for my hair). I will use this until I run out to give it a fair chance. After 5 washes at this point I do like it, but I don't love it.

Scalp health is restored - no more irritation. Thank you Everist!!!
I've used this Everist shampoo for a couple years and I love it. I didn't have any strong feelings one way or the other when I started using it until I realized, hey my scalp doesn't itch. Then the shoe dropped. I had tried all kinds of products and scalp cleaners that were making my hair fall out in the process. I had gone to the dermatologist and was at my wits end. The issue resolved so quietly, I forgot it had been so bad but after thinking about it, I am a customer for life. One aggravating problem solved. Please don't ever go away Everist!!

Eh. Nothing special
I have a lot of very fine hair, so my hair gets greasy everyday (like in 12 hours sometimes) despite attempts to “train” my hair for the past 6 years. This was one product I attempted to use- and didn’t work for me. I honestly didn’t really notice the “concentrate” part either. I use a lot of shampoo regularly, but to get a good lather I used a pretty similar amount of product compared to my regular shampoo amount- less but not by much. Could be nice for travel. It worked as shampoo but didn’t make my hair feel any different.

Quite Concentrated
Tin is quite handy for travelling. Shampoo is concentrated just a small amount depending on length of hair. Like this product

Holy grail for my problematic scalp
This is the savior for my sensitive greasy scalp. My scalp turned really greasy and sensitive a few years ago entering middle age, and I also have a history of seborrheic dermatitis my whole life. A lot of shampoos that I tried caused sore red bumps after just a couple of uses. Even though I have been avoiding shampoos containing SLS and silicone, it seems that there are more unidentified ingredients to which my scalp is sensitive. I have spent a fortune trying various shampoos, but everything either caused red bumps or is useless in taming the greasiness. Those clarifying shampoos not only did not prevent greasiness but also often led to a smelly scalp. I have been using the Everist shampoo for about a month and I couldn’t believe how well it works for me. I can now shampoo every other day instead of everyday!!! And my scalp does not smell horrible on the second day. Also, I have not got any red bumps from it. Yes, it is not cheap as a tube doesn’t really last long even for my chin-length hair. For me the cost is really nothing compared to the amount of money that was wasted on numerous shampoos that I tried and tossed after just a few uses. Yes, it is difficult to dispense and lather up. With this shampoo I must wash twice to feel clean, and even during the second wash there is not much lather. It is also true that the paste can easily slip off your wet palm onto the floor before you get the chance to properly lather it. However, I have not found any other shampoo that can provide the same results for my problematic scalp. The only thing that it doesn’t help is to reduce the excessive shedding of hair, but I doubt that any shampoo can really do that. Therefore, I am only grateful that I have found my holy grail and hope that this shampoo will never be discontinued.

Great idea, formula sounds nice, not for my fine hair.
Great idea, sounds good formula. Used entire tube in a 6 month time frame. Discouraging results. Won’t purchase again.

A Love Hate Story That Turned Into Love Love
I originally bought the Everist concentrates in the tube format and absolutely fell in love. When the Spring Sale rolled around, and only the tins were on sale, I went for it, and what followed was a journey I did not see coming. First, the product itself. I have extremely fine hair and am navigating menopause, a thyroid issue, and intentional weight loss, all of which has left my already thin hair a dry and patchy mess. I genuinely did not think anything would work, but I picked up the Everist tubes a few months back and they have been the first shampoo and conditioner I have honestly loved. I tell my husband almost every day, feel how great my hair feels now. Combined with the serum, these have made a difference to both my hair and my confidence about it. So the product is not in question; that part is settled. The tin format, on the other hand, took some getting used to. I had a tin waiting in the cupboard while I finished the last of my tubes. On that fateful Tuesday in April when I finally had to switch over, things did not go well. As it turns out, I have a sensory issue I was completely unaware of, and it is that I do not enjoy sticking my fingers into shampoo and conditioner. The tins are also harder to open with wet hands, especially if your hands are not as nimble as they once were. The tubes give you a little key tool, and I kept thinking, why not a little spoon for the tins? And then I remembered I am a pack-rat with a collection of tiny spoons from every eye mask and face cream I have ever opened. Now every morning, with nice dry hands, I scoop out exactly what I need from the tin (love that this is so concentrated, you need such a tiny amount) before I get in the shower. The tins no longer actually go into the shower at all, and that one change flipped this from a love-the-product, hate-the-tin situation into a love-love one. Honestly, I now prefer the tin format. There is no end-of-tube struggle, no wasted product clinging to the sides, no resentment about the last few uses. I will get every last bit out, and that feels great. I am genuinely hoping the summer sales bring the tins in the scented version on sale too, because they smell incredible and wake me up in the morning. I really do miss the scent, and I say that as someone who is very scent sensitive. Long story short, the product is exceptional; the tin format requires a small workaround for some of us, but once you find it, it might even become your preferred option too.

Great Hair
First off I usually never use styling products in my hair. So I have used this shampoo quite a few times now and really like it. I smell a very light refreshing lemon nothing strong scent, My hair feels great through the shampoo and after. Soft, manageable and clean for days.. I will say the measuring it out takes a couple of try’s and getting the lid back on before more slips out takes getting use to, but I am get there. I will buy it again.

Concentrated shampoo. I love not having all the huge bottles in my shower.
I like it! It was a bit of a learning curve to use the first couple of times. I'm not used to having a semi solid type of shampoo, but the best result I've had so far was when I squeezed out about an inch of product, then smoothed it over my already wet hair. I then added water and washed regularly. It gave me the best "suds" so far, also I'm clumsy so I didn't drop any which is something I tend to do. I'm scent sensitive, and this is not too scented and it doesn't linger, which I really like.

Unexpected Significant Hair Loss while using Everist shampoo
I liked several things about this shampoo: it comes in a compact tube, cleans my hair thoroughly without drying out my scalp, and leaves my hair feeling fresh and healthy looking between washes. However, I experienced a concerning amount of hair fall. From the very first use until I finished the tube, my hair continued to shed at an alarming rate. I should have stopped sooner, but I assumed my hair would eventually adjust. Unfortunately, it didn’t—my hair kept falling daily. I normally don’t notice much hair loss when brushing, but while using this shampoo, I saw significant amounts of hair on my brush and all over the bathroom floor. I am grateful that the hair shedding stopped right after I switched back to my cheap ordinary shampoo. I’ve given it three stars in case this reaction was unique to me. But if even a few other customers have had similar experiences, the manufacturer should urgently re-examine the ingredients.
