Good product no complaints till today , m using it for several months now

It's an excellent product as my kitchen is in passage. It perfectly fitted in a small place. The specifications are excellent. Ease of access to its tap. No jazzy stuff. Simple n best.

I have been using this purifier for past one and a half year and from my experience i would recommend everyone to not buy this purifier.Functionality: This purifier has caused me a lot of issues. Every 3-4 months it suddenly stops working. Yeh in 18 months it has got damaged 4th time for me.Service: The livpure service is pathetic. Firat of all they will take 2-3 days minimum and atleast 2 visits to solve a problem. And everytime there is an issue with the purifier, they won’t solve the issue, instead they will say to replace the complete kit which costs around 2300. Every six months the purifier will he damaged and the service guy will come and say that the kit is damaged and needs replacement.Recommendation: In 18 months, i have spend more money on repairs than the total cost of this product. So, i would recommend everyone not to buy this product. Don’t fall into the price trap. It will cost you even more in later stages.

Whenever you switch off your tap water will splash. Not sure why they designed like this. Water storage is good. This model is good for Kaveri water and not for tankers, pls note

I checked my water TDS level, which was 130. I believe this level is ideal and does not require an RO system since the TDS is not too high.Best water purifierEasy to useIt stores 7Ltrs of water all the time.
