Such a vital necessity!
Living in Florida, access to clean available water in the event of a weather event is important. Hurricane season is upon us and it's time to stock up, especially on water. There are so functionable because they can be conveniently stacked.

Great product.
I bought 6 of these 3.5 gallon containers and they exceeded my expectations. The only hitch is the caps are a little tricky to screw on without cross threading. Once fastened down correctly, it makes a secure, watertight seal. The provided handle makes carrying the containers easy. I like the overall design and how they mesh together to make transporting in RVs, truck beds and boats a breeze. After washing, sterilizing and air drying the containers, there was no foreign odors or unpleasant tastes. Well worth the price.

Great water storage.
Bought these in 2024. Use them every day. Stack well and store sturdy on top of each other. Great for storing inside so water doesn't freeze, ( off gridder :) without taking up a bunch of room. Highly recommend. If wanting long term emergency storage, there are pills or drops you buy to add to water for water safety too.

They do what they say they will
These are great water storage bricks. Not much to say about them but they stack easily and are sturdy when stacked. Are there other options available? Yep. Will these do the job they advertise? Also, yep.

Okay for water storage, but hard to use
I really wanted to love these WaterBricks. On the pros, if you're needing 2 or 4 worth of water, they stack and lock together very well. I use them RV camping trailer and put them in the shower while traveling. Even with all the bouncing around while driving, they stay put. They are really well made just the right size for carrying around. My main complaint is that they are almost impossible to empty. If you use the nozzle and have them horizontal on a counter for example, you only get about half the contents before the nozzle is above the water level. If you're trying to pour the water out with the handle, the last 15% of the water is hard to get out, and the last cup or so is almost impossible to pour out. Getting them empty and dried for long-term (Winter) storage is almost impossible.

A very clever way to store water
These were replacement bricks for ones I had given away to folks in Western North Carolina who needed fresh water after Hurricane Helene. They are the best. Easy to fill, easy to move, easy to store, easy to clean. I'm thrilled to have a way to store water for emergencies, especially since I have a Berkey system that I can use with the stored water if push comes to shove as it did for family and friends in the fall of 2024.

BUY THEM
We originally ordered a six pack of these portable water bricks and liked them so much that we ordered an additional four. Their design is perfect for stacking under a counter as they lock together. Theyโre 3.5 gallon capacity makes their 28 +/- pound weight more manageable than 5 gallon, Jerry cans. Their no leak caps and handles are very solid and well designed.

Units leaking - The cap seal seems to be a poor design.
These seem sturdy and stacked as advertised, however, 2 out of the 16 (13% failure rate) we ordered leaked making them useless for long-term storage while stacked horizontally, which is their supposed whole unique value proposition. Seems to me that the seal design is pretty poor. I would be worried about the chances of these leaking after being refilled in anything other than a pristine environment. Also it is not just about keeping liquids in, but as any packaging engineer will tell you - also about keeping air out to protect from contamination and oxidation. There are thousands of proven designs for water storage container lid seals (just look at any military-grade water container) why they chose this one is baffling. I'm sure that the old bush mechanic trick of cutting a gasket from the floor mat of their truck in a pinch would work, but out of the box, something like this should just work!2 weeks after reaching out to the supplier about a replacement for the defective seal - crickets!!! I guess I will have to order replacement seals for $10 each to secure my water storage and hope that these are not defective too. Pretty poor show for a company that bills itself on their website as <b>"The World's Best Water Storage Containers" </b>and that less than 1% of containers that leak???????????4 weeks after reaching out to them in various ways - not a single sign of a response - CRICKETS. I have ordered some replacement caps from AquaBrick to see if these will work. I tried a water spigot cap from them that seemed like it will work. Why do I have to fix the problem by using a competitor's product???Update - 11/24/24 - Still NO RESPONSE from Waterbrick!!!!! I received the replacement caps from Aquabrick promptly and they fitted fine. After testing them I had a leak on one, which was cured by cinching them down pretty hard and they are now doing fine. I will not be buying more Waterbricks.
