Little Rock Caviar - 2 Pack

I was lured by the name to something I had not even heard of before that. Excellent stuff- certainly some people might not care for the particular taste, but that would be a small group, and not a quality issue! I am amazed that daily on Amazon I find things like this, food stuff, that I have never heard of, or even imagined- domestic or foreign. This stuff was the latest purchase, and it will be re-order time very soon- maybe even a subscription.

Wonderful! Little Rock Cavier should be called Worldwide Caviar. Great in salads, dips, on tacos, and even spicing up pizza. Not only is the Cavier wonderful in many ways but the leftover liquid and spices when mixed with olive oil and a tad mayo &/or ketchup makes a grand salad dressing.

Delicious! One as a gift and one for me!
