Better than Kryonaught paste when you consider heat pump effects!
I decided to try this out as I was having to replace the thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut)every 3-4 month due to the heat pump effect from the heat cycling of the PC when powered on and off, as the paste got squeezed out temps on the CPU would creep up and it was annoying as heck. Installed this today and immediately got the same or slightly better temps than with the Kryonaut paste, and no more drying out/pumped out paste to worry about! As a side note you do have to be careful cutting this stuff, it's quite brittle in certain directions, you can see that by the grain, so cut along the grain where possible. I had to take a 5mm strip off one edge cause of the width being shorter than the length on Intel 12th gen chips. If you take your time, it's a doddle and I'd say well worth it, should be stable temps now and less maintenance (x fingers). My system runs a 12700k @ 5.4Ghz OC, and an RTX3090 (in a fairly tight case) both of which are water-cooled with EVGA AIO's, but the CPU could get quite hot once the paste started degrading, this so far has sorted that problem, but be careful this stuff is conductive, and will cause shorts if you're not careful about cutting it! As mentioned, it’s quite brittle, so don’t let any shards break off onto the motherboard, you may find the magic smoke makes an appearance when you thought everything was running just fine ;), some comments seem to suggest this has happened to people, so take your time and do it right!Update: 3 Months in, and happy to report, no degradation in temps up to now, great investment.Update: 12 Months on, still getting the same temps as I'd get during summer when using paste, other than hoovering dust off filters on the case I haven't had to take the CPU off at all in that time!, Buying another sheet to do my GPS next ;), wish me luck.

Taming The Hotspot.
I repasted my GPU with thermal paste and the hotspot was markedly cooler for about a month before it started overheating again. When I had a look pump out had left the die partially paste free. Hence I decided to try the Kryosheet. It looked a bit more fiddly to apply but the Thermal Grizzly website has a video showing you exactly how to apply the cap tape, silicone oil and thermal sheet. It was easy enough in the end. Hotspot temperatures have been tamed and so far no more overheating.

this is a no brainer!
I watched Videos, I read the posts...acting using it 10/10 0 debate get this on your CPU!I didnt believe my mate who said his temps dropped 10c +/- from the sheet.. which matched the reviews.& all reports on the contact frame said the same upto 10c. & I was VERY skeptical about either!I thought I’d give this a try as a gamble. I’d brought the contact frame a while back but was waiting to repaste the CPU before installation. I figured I’d give it a go.I’m seeing a whopping 20c drop while gaming! This is insane! I have an A12900K.This means each the sheet & the frame are doing some serious heavy lifting! I was long overdue a repaste, so I’m sure my CPU was much hotter than it should be.However, like day one, the benchmark got the CPU to 100c about the same four years later. After installing the sheet, LOL, 94c was the maximum on a 10-minute run. Then I undervolted it and got the same score but dropped another 5 degrees. Now while gaming a CPU-heavy game, I’m sitting between 55c and 68c.this is HUGE!Super easy in use! & WAAAY less mess than paste! worked wonders.I did cut mine down to size. but I think I will wait a while & then try another one where I use the full sheet & the included isolation tape as I believe I can get colder still!

Fixed hotspot delta and pump out.
Used this for a water cooled 3090 that kept suffering from paste pump out and high hotspot deltas. Performs like paste after being reapplied a bunch of times (you are NOT supposed to do that.).Thing is I accidently broke my 3090 when applying this. Not the pads fault, I knocked off a component and procrastinated getting it sent for repairs for 1.5 years. Despite being reapplied multiple times, having a small crease and being left on the card for a long time. It still works quite close to thermal paste but with better hotspot temps.According to a YouTube review. Kryo sheet performs best on first application, on reapplication, it loses performance and basically turns into the cheaper carbonaut pads (which are reusable). My temps are fine so I'd agree.I'll update this review later to see if the temps got worse. My 3090 shouldn't have pump out or hotspot delta issues anymore-1 star for hurting my wallet and not being noob friendly.

all good
this is the only stuff i use now ,,no mess ,can reuse ,and great cooling and last years

Expensive, fiddly, but...
No more effective at reducing temperatures than any of the far cheaper Arctic MX thermal paste, even with the recommended burn in period. However, if a permanent, zero maintenance solution to a thermal interface between processor, be it CPU or GPU and the cooling solution, this is probably it.I'd recommend this as a solution for water cooling setups or as a permanent replacement for aging paste on graphics cards.Otherwise, it's just not worth the expense or effort.

Impressive
This product is not for amateurs.Does envolve some care while handling it.Is very conductive, so bear in mind isolation tape is advised to prevent short circuits if the pad is too big.Make sure is slightly bigger than the chip you want to cool down.I had seen this product a while ago, decided to give a go, since I'm tired of opening my laptop every 3 to 4 months.I'm impressed, not only did what it says, but also keeps my temperatures down.I did a few benchmarks and I had 20% improvements. With this experience I don't think I will go back to thermal paste. These temperatures were taken in a 20°c indoor temperature after using 3dmark, cinebench, aida64 stability test for 1h.If I play games the temperatures don't go this high.My laptop is a Asus TUF Gaming A15 FA506IU with a IETS GT500 cooler keeping everything as cold as possible.

really good, and healthy
good complete product - comes with some insulation tape strips i used to cover capacitors & silicone oil to help secure the pad but i didn't use it. 38x38mm is perfect for AM4. i did what i read in somebody's review i got a dentist mirror to check the positioning after i mounted the cooler, because IT IS ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE.i paired this with a dark rock 5 cooler with 1 fan (i can get a second fan it includes spare clips for it) - i was running Arctic's mx-6 paste & freezer 36 cooler with 2 fans - the temps are better, somebody said it needs time to settle-in, and i've only just done 3 x 20 minute sessions on Battlefield so far and each time the temps were getting even better.the dark rock 5 cooler seems perfect for this graphene thermal pad on AM4 because the contact plate is slightly larger than the CPU, whereas the Arctic freezer is smaller, thus the dark rock fully covers & holds down the thermal pad - i would not use it with smaller contact plates as it may squeeze and fracture the pad along the sides, i guess . .i can breath easy using this because it's non-toxic, whereas paste is highly toxic to aquatic life thus i hate it and it probably means it's toxic to ALL life so, NO ! . .also it's reusable, great, and now it's all setup i probably won't be taking it apart again because it's a zero maintenance product . . (keep the box)Thanks for this !

Like good quality paste
It didn't lower temps more than, paste, fragile and gets cut easily, but supposedly as long as cooler is there (never removed after installation) it will last longer than paste.

What thermal paste should have always been
Quite expensive. But worth it, especially that you can re-use it (I assume) and saves you the mess of thermal paste

Very good option over thermal grease
I have tried a couple of oversize versions of this thermal pad which required cutting to fit. That turned into a disaster each time. The pads simply broke up either when cut with scissors or when slid around to position it on the CPU. They are quite fragile but it was my fault on both occasions. I thought I'd give it one more go with the correct size for my CPU being back in stock. This pad came with a small tube of silicone (the others didn't) that assisted the pad the stay in place when placing it on the CPU. So, no cutting and no worrying about the pad sliding around on the CPU now that it had a drop of silicone to hold it in place. The thermals for the CPU (Ryzen 9950x3D) have dropped 1 degree from the thermal paste that was previously used ie 39 degrees down from 40 degrees while idling. Not a great deal of difference but the fact that I shouldn't have to worry about the thermal grease drying out over time is a bit of a consolation.Expensive when compared to thermal grease but peace of mind will make up for that (hopefully!).At this point I recommend the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet Graphene Thermal Pad and would use it in the future.
