This bin is a lot better than the cheaper ones on the market very pleased with it.

Used this bin for 6-7 months and then sensor stopped working. Very very disappointing experience. Item which is so costly should last longer than this. Touch sensor is not at all reliable which is the only feature for which it was bought

Really good value for money, easy to use and robust, looks nice too

First impression was good , then the sensor lid didn’t work , took ages to get a replacement sorted back and forth finding a parcel drop off point ! The bin takes lots of batteries and they don’t last long , about a month . The inner black plastic bag holder is flimsy and in my view should be a inner bin as the bag is in direct contact with the bin , and when the bin is more than half full it catches on the bin when removing it spilling the contents ! I wouldn’t buy one of these again as £58 seems a lot of money for the poor design , looks good but the operation of the thing just not good in practice !

I loved this bin for the first few months it was fantastic. In the past 3 months it has started draining batteries within 3 days! It’s costing me a fortune. I have now purchased recharging batteries but am still changing and charging every 2-3 days!!! I have contacted the email address in my bin [email protected] but they have said to contact Amazon! Can anyone please help?
