Lasted three minutes max. The chain link broke that operates the claw. Massively over priced for something made so cheaply.

My daughter wanted this for ages and wasn’t disappointed when it arrived

TLDR suggested ages: 4-6 / inebriated adultsMy wife is obsessed with claw machines. She also loves lots of tiny little gift things.But I didn’t get this for her. I got this for my daughters, ages 3 & 5. It turns out they’ve inherited her love of claw machines.Or at least the oldest has. The littler one just likes the little toys that came with it: tiny stuffed animals and rubber animals in plastic bags. (It is not clear to me if you are supposed to remove them from the bags before playing the game or not.)The machine is about a foot and a half high and made of pink plastic. It hinges opens by twisting the bubble at the top. (Legend on top says OFF/ON but does not control the power.)It takes 4 x 1.5V AA batteries or helpfully comes with a USB-C cable to power it. The panel for the batteries will require a screwdriver (not included). You’ll also want some kind of wire cutters or something to snap off the zip tie that binds the claw, by far the hardest part of getting this ready to go.But enough about the set-up. You wanna play the game. I am happy to report that it is as fun and frustrating as real claw games. Don’t fill it up all the way — it works best with just a few toys at a time. Practice a bunch and you can start to get the hang of grabbing and craning a toy to the opening. Even my 5-year-old, who was ready to give this zero stars and throw it in the garbage at first, with practice has been able to pick up the toys and is really proud of herself. We just had a 4-and-a-half year-old boy playing with it and he rates it 5/5 as well. His 7-year-old brother was not impressed.As far as quality, this holds up to kids playing with it but it is nothing special. The little plush animals are a bit big to fit into the slot where you drop them, which you can view as extra challenge or poor design. We actually tried the game with smaller, denser toys like Disney Doorables and it worked better. (See photo). I wish there was a y-axis control on the crane like in arcade machines. That would literally add and extra dimension, letting the claw reach every place in the enclosure. The sound luckily can be turned down because the music is obnoxious.But really, I can’t knock on these accounts since I don’t expect a toy at this price point to do anything more than it already does. In the few days we’ve had it, it has literally already provided hours of entertainment for my family and guests.Happy fishing and may the rotation of the claw be ever in your favor!

Meine Tochter wünschte sich so ein Ding schon seit längeren. Da sie in letzter Zeit so fleißig in der Schule war dachte ich mir ich kaufe es ihr ganz spontan. Die freute war groß. Er funktionierte gut nur zu voll darf er nicht gepackt werden sonst kann der greifarm nicht mehr greifen.Für den Preis ist es voll OK was alles dabei ist. Er kann auch mit kleinen Spielsachen neu befüllt werden.

One of my fondest memories with as a child is going to the arcade with my father and spending hours trying to get stuffed animals from the claw machines there. We had middling success for a number of years doing this together but over time we eventually succeeded in obtaining tons of small 'stuffies' for my collection.Fast forward a number of years and now I'm a parent of a small child who enjoys the same past time. This claw machine puts you on a minute timer and encourages you to acquire as many as you can in the time frame. All the toys inside are able to be lifted so you don't have those impossible ones which makes you want to yell as they drop from the claw every time. This has become a daily routine for my child and I to see which one goes to school with them!This was an excellent pickup, worth the cost, and 100% worth the memories.
