Autel MP900-TS

The product arrived new in box as described, never previously registered. While I have only had the product a few days so far, I was able to successfully connect to a few vehicles to perform troubleshooting including a PCM, climate module and TPMS. The feature-set and vehicle coverage is pretty extensive. Overall the user interface is pretty smooth, battery life has been excellent, and I really appreciate the new Bluetooth vehicle connection. The 5Ghz WiFi connection made for quick downloading of software updates. I did find that even with the upgraded Processor and RAM that loading some of the more complex vehicle diagnostics or coding programs took 2-4 minutes, example BMW. I did run into an issue where the Autel software was showing the MP808Z-TS device as the lesser MK808Z-TS in the Updates screen and Autel registration. However, I was able to connect to a BMW vehicle and did see coding options of the higher model that I purchased. I reached out to the product support team and Eric very promptly responded. The engineering team addressed the software glitch within hours and the product now shows as a MP808Z-TS. Support also assisted very promptly with extending the product updates to 2-years as promised in the Amazon listing, as out of the box only 1 year showed. Overall very happy with the support team's helpfulness and responsiveness.

Though it takes a while out of the box to upgrade it runs very clean. Best scan tool out there for the money

Used this on 2006 Chrysler 300C 5.7L to verify miss in cylinder 8, diagnose 2011 Chevy Cruze 1.4L to determine issue with speed sensor and program all 4 pressure sensors. Before purchasing 2013 Pathfinder SL I checked for old and current codes and test CVT transmission. Various vehicles but worked on all. Was confused as description is for MaxiPRO MP808Z-TS ("P"), back of scanner shows the same but software and registrations shows it as MaxiPRO MK808Z-TS("K") but it works as described and seller was quick to respond it is a "P" not a "K". I would not say this is easy to use but if you're a techy like I am sure you'll figure it out quickly if not there help line is excellent as are there YouTube videos.

I'm not a professional mechanic. The scanner is very user friendly to me. Only used it for key fob programming. Process was very flawless with following the direction. Will tackle using the tpms system for my vehicle. Sorry I don't have anymore information at this time.

Dislike is very slow it freeze a lot on different vehicles have to reboot to keep going I was expecting to be fast as advertise my older model TS608 is a lot fast than this unit where is the android update 4.4 version to 11 I don't see the difference. I called Autel to see if I can get some help with customer service and can not get any help from them because I purchase from unauthorized dealer AMAZON also in the advertisements says it will scan with vehicle gate lock like 2018 and newer Chrysler, Dodge, Alfa and many others is not true overall I'm considering to do a return I'm no happy with this product.

Doesn't work with jeep!

Very easy tool to operate , great on screen instructions. Beautiful color screen. Very fast operation. Takes the mystery out of TPMS or at least helps 😜
