This is actually quite good. 2 tbsp in a cup of boiling hot water mixes well and leaves no clumps. Taste is a decent and makes an easy hot beverage. It only keaves clumps if mixed in cold water. A life saver for camping and travel to cold weather places. Would highly recommend.

I'm surprised at how sweet this tastes, given that it has no added sweetener (theres artificial flavoring listed, so maybe that's the trick). It tastes like nice fresh sweet almonds. I made it in a glass and stirred (for some time), and overall, it's a good creamy beverage, but it was difficult to get all the powder to mix in well. I think the best idea might be to mix up multiple servings in a blender and store that in the fridge. Even then, you'd want to shake or stir before serving, since there are some fine nut solids in the mix. I don't mind those and am sort of glad they're there to heighten the natural appeal of this, but you might not prefer them.

Does not taste good

Very economical! No refrigeration necessary. I use filtered water And shake well. Use cold or maybe hot for cocoa!

I simply did not like the taste.

I really like the flavor of this “milk” while backpacking; it makes my cereal very enjoyable in the mornings. It also weighs almost nothing when used in that manner, so saves me weight on my back, too. I haven’t tried cooking with it but I imagine it would be fine for that too.
