This is actually the third system I have purchased form telco depot over the years and the first time I have been berated by support. I was shocked by the experience. The system comes blank and I was under the assumption I follow the standard Grandstream programing procedure and call telcodepot for support. I guess I was wrong. I was yelled at for doing such and told I was the only person to ever buy one on Amazon and assume I don't call them for setup. Nowhere in the sale or in the box did it mention that. I assumed the phone would be configured for me with clear instructions and sane defaults. I am still taken back by the experience and I will no longer purchase systems from this company in the future. I just hope I can get the issues resolved with the current system. They have lost a customer.

If you are looking for a phone system for your business, this is a solid option you should consider. This can take up to 8 analog lines, but also take a SIP service that will almost remove your limits. The system is very flexible and very intuitive with its browser based management platform. If you know a bit about phone systems, you should be able to walk through the installation. If all else fails, the guys at Telco Depot are fantastic! Great help, friendly attitude, and they will tell you what makes sense and what does not in your setup. I would recommend to call them with your desired configuration all written up for your phone systems (how you want your phones to behave, IVR settings, extensions, etc.) and they can breeze through the configuration with you in less than 20 minutes.
