It is broken. It is damaged when I received it. I want replacement or refund. The order delivery was delayed and it took 20 days to reach the product and that too damaged. I am so sad.

My wife and I use china teacups and each get about three cups from a full pot, which is just right for us. Under the lid, there is a stainless steel basket with extremely fine holes that fits perfectly with the lid on, and the lid only fits snugly if you leave the basket in the teapot. This isn't a problem if you dump the tea out of the basked after it steeps – it's simple to dump and rinse. If you are a tea drinker who steeps the tea multiple times, you'll likely be leaving the basket out, so hold onto the lid as you pour. Also, if the pot is very full, pour slowly. The tea can rise over the inside lip and spill down the front if you pour too fast and the level of water is right at the lip.Otherwise, it's beautiful, and it makes a great pot of tea. I've used it with finely-granulated tea, like Irish Breakfast, as well as full-leaf teas and it steeps beautifully without leaving tea at the bottom of the pot or in your cup.

I LOVE this teapot! It's the sweetest teapot I've ever owned. It brings me joy every morning when I bring my tea tray into bed with me. So glad I bought it!

Absolutely adorable! Smaller than I imagined but perfectly fine for a cup or two of tea. Love the strainer basket, too.

I’m so happy I purchased this. This is great for looseleaf tea. It makes a great pot of tea and I love the color. It brightens up my kitchen and it’s very cheerful and I definitely would recommend this.
