Made fellow travelers jealous
Just returned from a photographic safari in Kenya. The flies were tenacious and a real pain. I brought my Thermacell the next day and simply clipped it to the back of the seat in the open-air vehicle and after about ten minutes as it started to kick in, the flies disappeared. We were able to take pictures while our friends in other vehicles spent a lot of time swatting these flying intruders

Never go into the woods without one of these
Don't go hunting or camping without one of these. I have hunted in hot weather in Florida and Georgia at night and these do the job. The "earth" scented pads still give off an odor so play the wind right.
