Printer doesn't see the Cartridges
I bought these cartridges because they were recommended by amazon, I didn't install them within 30 days because they were bought to have at hand as replacements for the cartridges installed, When I did put the cartridges in I discovered that the printer couldn't see them. I contacted the seller who suggested cleaning the microchip, which I did and wasn't any help, so I contacted the seller again and have heard nothing back from them which means I bought cartridges which do not work.
