Double packed whole chilis, i can chop, purée or use whole. Wonderful flavor, spicier than I expected but lots of flavor, not just heat. Excellent value for a hard-to-find ingredient here in a small town.

This item is so salty I am throwing it away. I did not suspect there was any salt in the product since it was sold as whole peppers. I wanted to make a sauce from them but they are inedible.Very upsetting. I bought after tasting a delicious sauce at a restaurant and looked up the recipe online.

These are very good chilis with a bit of a vinegar taste rather than salt/brine taste found in other brands. I prefer these on sandwiches and the brine ones for tapas. Good value in a Calibrian Chili Pepper.

These Calabrian chilis are excellent. Most are intact, with stems. The flavor and heat level are spot-on. They can be used generously in many slowly cooked recipes.

These are just fantastic, great flavor and just a bit of heat. Pro tip, use the oil on top of your pizza crust before you add sauce!

I LOVE Calabrian peppers which is why I recently started purchasing them in bulk from Amazon. I eat 10-30 of them (on their own or with food) on a typical day. I’ve tried 3 separate brands since 01/2024. The first brand was good but decided to buy a small jar from this company - AMAZING! Therefore, I purchased this, 2.2 lbs Calabrian peppers. Arrived on 04/01/2024 as expected, I immediately opened the box just to eat some of the peppers, tried 2 to 3, horrible tasting and completely RANCID! I’m so displeased and disappointed! The peppers look great - perfect coloring, shape, size, ripe, no green peppers, but they’re totally inedible. Now I’m out $50 and don’t have any edible Calabrians to boot!
