These are a good value because you get more of them to offset the lower dose. That is a good thing because garlic can cause it's own problems, such as, heartburn, stomach pains, and loose stools. It can cause interactions with some prescription medications. It is smarter to take two of these at different times than to take one higher strength at once. It is natural and much more affordable than high priced prescription drugs. As far as taste goes, you shouldn't be able to taste it. You pop it your mouth and quickly chase it down with water.

I usually just pick up garlic at grocery store and purchase whatever is cheaper. My doctor said to try a better brand , that the quality of cheaper brands are not always good. These don’t bother me and I am hoping a better quality.
