Single some model takes sim and sd-card. Dual SIM takes either 2sim cards or 1sim and 1sd card.

In everything you buy, you have rights under the 2015 consumer legislation – the Consumer Rights Act. Those rules are there to protect you and there for you to use. Don't be fobbed off by retailers or manufacturers warranties. It is always the responsibility of the seller and you have statutory rights.
