Defective
The product that was sent was defective. One set of straps are knotted together and it’s impossible to remove them as they are twisted together. So disappointed I have to return it because I can’t wear it.

This is my second baby Jansport. I bought my last one about 10 years ago and it’s been my main bag/purse (at least 350 days per year!) and the old one barely had minor wear. So I got this new one, in case the old one finally gives in, and it’s great!!!
