Tasty but not stinky
Kimchi comes in all forms, and some I tried drove my wife and the cats out the house cos it was so potent (fermented fish). This one has a nice balance, not stinky, not too hot, well-rounded flavor. U can keep it in the fridge without suffering a shock when u open the door.

The real deal
You either like Korean Kim chi or you don't. If you don't, you need not read this. But if you do, let me tell you that Jongga Kim chi is the real deal, just like mom used to bury in the backyard. It's got good flavor, a nice, midrange spiciness, and a wonderfully crunchy texture. I ended up eating the whole full can before I knew it. One caution: the pull top does not come off easily. I used pliers to remove it. Be careful! But do not let that stop you. This cabbage is worth the trouble!

Delicious kimchi
Delicious kimchi, that's very crunchy, awesome spiciness. Didn't leak, and taste so good.

Not great
It's not bad or inedible in any way, but it's not great. Like if you have a choice to go with kimchi from the store or DIY, it will be way better, but if this is your only kimchi choice it's not the worst. For those of you that eat kimchi regularly, it is very sour and over fermented, it's to the level of funk where it's really only good for kimchi chige (kimchi stew) or maybe kimchi fried rice, not good for a straight up side dish.
