To me, this was an unexpected "gift from Amazon" in a sense. I've been hearing impaired for years. Not total deafness, just a lower level of hearing sensitivity. 7 Years ago I bit the bullet, had an audiologist analize my hearing, and bought a pair of hearing aids...$4,950. After two years, they ceased working. It was beyond the warranty date. Because I really needed them, I bought another pair at a big retailer...another major outlay of over $4k. Recently, I needed to replace them and the opportunity came to purchase a new set through Amazon, AT A FRACTION OF WHAT I WAS PAYING....JUST ABOUT 10% OF WHAT I WAS USED TO PAYING. Frankly, I had my doubts....seemed too cheap. BUT, this pair is incredible....every bit a good as those I had been paying so much for. I can hear every bit as good as ever. There is no question about my recommendation.

Wasn’t much I liked. . Very hard to understand. More instructions about the charger than how to operate the ears. After charging them all night I realized there tape over the connection. And why does the charger lie on its side? Does it plug into a usb or with an adapter (not included). There is no use to go on. I’ll request a return

I tried multiple styles. These were the most comfortable and least noticeable. I only need this for my left ear and it made a huge difference with my hearing. I only wear it when I go out, which isn't often. I received them in May and it's now October. I have worn the left one about 10 times and now it doesn't work. Due to being on a limited income, I opted to not buy the warranty - wish I had! I would give a 5 star for how well they help with my hearing but a 1 star due to the malfunction of the one. They arrived quickly, were well packaged and super easy to use but unfortunately the one no longer works. I'm trying to use the right one in the left ear so will see how that works out.

Nice set for the price decent sound and not much back feed. Will leave another review in a month of wearing them.

The instructions say 3 hours to chatge and the light will flash blue or solid blue when charging, then light turns off when fully charged. It's been plugged in for over 8 hours and solid blue. Was the nook printed wrong? Or are they not charging?

Didn't last anytime already broken, very disappointed.

I love the hearing aids they work, and fit well. They have decent background noise cancelling. I'd highly recommend these hearing aids.
