This was the exact adapter I needed. Works great and is a very good quality.

Fit my J Dewey cleaning rod. Cheap fix.

You need this adapter in order to insert different size brushes and other barrel cleaning pieces. I have it on my J. Dewey mfg rod model # 30C-40 for my .308 rifle. I oredered 4 to have backups.

It works, but Dewey may want to rename it. LGBA is awfully close to you-know-what!

If you have or are using a J. Dewey cleaning rod then you will want this adapter. This adapter fits the larger, male threaded end of the Dewey rod, and accepts the small, male threaded end of standard brushes. I would have to say that this is a "must have" item for your J. Dewey rod.
