Male Urine Guard

These seem to work fine, not tested to the limit I have to say, just a little too large for me I think.You wear it with the elastic cuff just behind the rim of the glans, this way it's more likely to stay on and in place and it probably helps if your circumcised as well, (if you find it too tight a fit, maybe you need to look at a bigger size, as it's not a good idea to cut the elastic, as this is what holds it in place).The drawings show them more a cone shape but there actually more rectangular and these are ment to fit up to 6 inch diameter, (WOW but would be tight), there a little too big for me, (they say there size 'small' more like 'medium' +).Can be fiddly to fit.

Insufficient fixing at top of item

l now that the items were sold as small but any where too small l have used 1 but l didn't now if l can return the rest?

I found these absolutely useless the idea is excellent the design is pathetic with very little thought input ,obviously designed by someone who doesn't need to wear one! A complete waste of money .Having used 3 I tried to return the remaining unused 27 but they refused as the packet had been opened.

Chose this item based on other customer's reviews - a mistake...These are hardly fit for purpose, fit being the operative word here - they are very difficult to use and uncomfortable in use. My advice is to look elsewhere.
