Great rack!
I like it for tighter spaces. Doesn't keep the door from closing. I have two and they do their job.

NO TOOLS NECESSARY - BEAUTIFUL PIECE
This towel rack was perfect for my needs. My husband does not like putting holes in the walls and doors. I put this item together. The assembly was super simple and no tools other than your hands are required. Once it's together all that's left is to just hang it on the door. Looks good and sturdy without making holes. Does what it does with no issues, major plus.

Big in some places, small in others
This was easy and intuitive to put together. I was especially interested in this product because I wanted to hang it over the glass door of my standup shower. I was concerned that the lip over the shower wouldn't be wide enough, but it was. The problem ended up being the way that the metal shelves were not securely fastened to the door itself. In other words, every time I took a towel off the metal shelf, I'd experience the shelving unit clanging up against the glass door - or I'd have to move verrrrrry slow to prevent that from happening. We decided to instead put this unit on an adjacent wooden door. Once again, it fits over the door perfectly. Once again, the shelving unit sorta bounces against the door when you remove a shelf. We're probably going to buy some rubber or silicon to adhere to the metal so that it doesn't scratch up the door. I also have to get used to the somewhat narrow space for each folded towel. I'm accustomed to using the regular towel racks where it's just one rack and all the free space to remove your towel. I just have to be a little more careful now. But aesthetically, it looks nice. Functionally, it's pretty good. I'm mostly happy with it.

5 starts!
When I first opened the box and took all the pieces out, I was a bit worried Iโd not be up to the task. But I had my son give me a hand so I had another person to help me hold the pieces while I tightened them together. And it really wasnโt that hard to put together once you got the first piece together and realize how easy it was. Itโs really nice and sturdy and goes perfectly on my sonโs bathroom door. Iโm always trying to make sure towels arenโt left in the floor in his bedroom. So this is a great addition to any teenโs bedroom (especially if they have their own bathroom).

Best for doors, not for our glass shower wall
My master bathroom has little to no room to add a towel bar on the wall, but we do have a glass shower. This looked like the perfect solution to our problem - we could hang this on the side of the shower wall and be all set. Alas, some product design issues thwarted our plans! The rack is fairly narrow. It just barely holds a bath towel that is folded in 1/2 length wise. This wasn't the biggest issue though - the biggest, or rather LOUDEST issue was that the rack is designed more to fit on a door than over a glass shower wall. The hooks at the top are much to wide to fit snugly over the top of the shower wall (see picture) so it would just clank and clang around every time you messed with the towel. Thankfully we had a closet door next to the shower where I put it, so it wasn't a complete wasted of purchase. Pros: 1. Looks Great 2. Easy to assemble 3. Fits great over a door (doesn't rub at the top against the jam!) Cons 1. Smaller than I thought it would be - does hold a bath towel folded in half length wise, but barely. I prefer to hang towels unfolded to aid drying, so this sort of bothers me but I am adapting. 2. very noisy/clangy on a glass shower wall. (which is why it is now on a door) I am sure with the use of some foam or other jimmy-rigged options it could be made to fit snug on the shower wall, but it may take some creativity.

Sturdy but Only 14" Across
Very easy to put together. Well-made and sturdy. Was too small for bathroom door but I was impressed with the quality SO MUCH that I put it in my kitchen. I sure wish they made this same exact product with at least a 20-22" allowance for a towel.

Now if only my kids used it
My kids used to battle over the towel rack and pull each others towels to the ground so I bought this so they each have a space. It works well. It was fairly easy to assemble and just hooks on the back of the door. Looks nice too! Too bad the towels are still on the floor! Not the racks fault but my barbaric kids fault!

Perfect for the bathroom door
We needed extra space to hang towels in our smallish master bathroom, and had an over-the-door towel hanger for years, but it had corroded and started to look bad. I was surprised at how few choices there were on Amazon for a replacement -- many similar items seemed designed for a sliding shower door instead, and even with this item I wasn't sure it would work on our (average-sized, single) entry door. But after a quick, easy assembly, it popped right over the door -- not too wide, brackets the right thickness. In fact, it fits a little better than the old unit, in that the brackets/hooks on the top are little smaller and thus fit a little more snugly on the top of the door. No problem closing the door, and again because the fit is a bit better, the rack doesn't swing around and bang against the door so long as you open and close normally. The only issue after more than a year is that one of the screw-on rod ends loosened up on its own and fell on the floor. I ... re-screwed it, and everything has been fine. My only other con is that the style is just okay. I'd love something with slightly more modern lines, rather than the slightly old-fashioned-looking post-caps on this one. Four does-the-job stars

Good product and easy to assemble to use. Packaging could be better as did not have amazon label.

10 out of 10
The rack is lovely. Looks as good as, if not better than, the pix of the product online. I'm really pleased with it. Thought it was a bit pricey, but believe I got what I paid for. Other similar products I have seen in-store were not even close to the quality of this rack. Also, very easy to put together.

A very Good Product
This is a very good over the door towel rack. I was just about the purchase a second one and noticed the price has increase. I would purchase again but I would like the item at the original price. Thanks Amazon!
