Satin Ice Bright Green Fondant, Vanilla, 2 Pounds

I’m giving it 3 stars because I think I had a bad batch, maybe. When I pulled it out the container I started to roll and fold it into itself. It quickly started to grumble. I couldn’t figure out why. I continued to roll it, that made it worse. I had to trash it. I had another container I purchased from Michael’s. This batch was perfect! Great taste and rolled perfectly. Don’t think I’ll order this again online. In store purchase would be best in my opinion.

I use fondant all the time and this one was a complete pain. Even though this fondant was not supposed to expire until 2024..... it was very difficult to work with and kept cracking. I added some corn syrup (just a little) to it to try to make it more pliable, but it still cracked... such a disappointment. I wonder if there was a hole in the bag or something that was letting air in.... Not normally my experience.

Have used Satin Ice for my cakes with luck. I used to make my own which I think was great but due to time restraint using Satin Ice with satisfaction. Taste better than other brands.

I have used Satin ice for a very long time. There must’ve been something wrong with this batch it just completely broke up When I was trying to cover the cake. I tried everything But it just was not pliable at all. I had to take it off and go with a plan b. I’m so upset with this product right now. ***This is an update. Amazon credited my account for the product. I would continue to use Satin Ice like I said this was just a bad batch.
