I’ve been using the NutriPro Juicer for over a year and have been very satisfied with its performance. It is easy to use, efficient, and offers great value for money. Recently, I faced a minor issue with the product after more than a year of use. I contacted customer support, and to my surprise, they promptly assisted me and even provided a replacement. Good product with great costumer service
Have been using this product for almost 8 months, works great and have a compact-classy design. It worked smooth for almost 6 months, but then faced some gear related issue. I contacted the costumer service, they responded quickly and stayed in touch until the Nutri Pro Blender was exchanged. It is working smoothly now. I am really happy with the product and the after-sale costumer service.

Good product and after sales service
I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. The design is compact and easy to handle, which makes it convenient for regular kitchen use. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support
