It works really well and has been very useful during my pregnancy, especially for making fresh fruit juices and smoothies quickly and easily. You can simply switch it on, and it blends smoothly on its own, which makes it very convenient and comfortable to use. I also loved the jar design. After preparing juice or smoothies, there is a separate lid provided so the same jar can be closed and stored directly in the fridge. It also comes with a sipping lid, which makes it easy to drink directly from the jar without transferring the juice to another bottle or glass. This feature was very useful and convenient for me. Initially, I faced a leaking issue while blending, and the juice would leak during use. I took photos of the issue and contacted customer support. Their response was very quick and professional. They explained the possible reason for the leaking problem and immediately sent me two new replacement blades. After trying the new blades, the leaking issue was completely resolved, and now the blender works perfectly without any problems. I also really liked their customer service because they were responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. Another great thing is that this product comes with a 2-year warranty, which gives extra confidence and peace of mind while using it. Iam extremely pleased with the after purchase service. I didn't use the product for many months and when I did use to make shake, I found it was leaking the wet blender pc. After contacting company it was promptly replaced. Again I faced issue with dry grinder and jar and again I got it replaced as well. The motor gives a burning smell ... I was told its because some chemical has been applied to protect the motor and the smell would stop once used a few times. Good product, very useful for a single person.
