Good quality and love the color, but after sitting in a 172 for a while I realized I could hear a decent amount more than compared to the OEM pads. For the price it's good quality, but on a $800 pair of headphones I might as well pay a little more!

These replacement seals don't fit like original and require 3m tape to keep the seals in place. I work in colder climates so I can't rely on cheap 3m tape and replacement seals that don't snap on properly.The product is really nice in terms of comfort, but I don't know why they didn't copy the lightspeed design and replace the leather so the end user won't run into issues with install.
