Worst experience, bought it just 5 months ago, the grinder kid's blade from the lid has already worn out, we are not grinding any hard stuff, just normal regular smoothie which has fruit chunks etc and everytime we see black liquid like leaking and leaving such residue on the machine and on our hands while using itThe lid quality is cheap, plastic is not durable enough and blades too not sharp enoughI bought this product after watching one food blogger, but she has the older/better model wherein the machine is cylindrical shape at the bottom also, later this brand changed the shape slightly but along that they have degraded the qualityTried reaching an agent on Amazon to this out but everytime it's taking me to Ai chatbotCan someone please connect and help me replace the jar.

The product is good and easy to use. Though after using for few months, there was a little problem with the blender but with the help of the Agaro team, they helped us resolve it nd now the blender works just as brand new. Worth buying!! Thank you team.

Bought this mainly for juicing and it fails at the one job I needed it for.- *Doesn’t extract*: Leaves chunks of fruit and veggies. More pulp than juice even after 3-4 minutes. Had to strain everything anyway.- *Clogs constantly*: Carrot and beetroot clog the filter in 30 seconds. You spend more time unclogging than juicing.- *Leaks everywhere*: Juice seeps from the jar base while running. Counter is a sticky mess every morning.- *Weak motor*: Struggles and overheats if you add more than a handful of produce. Smelled burnt on day 3.
